Daniel Friedman on X - "The difference between Cornell and Duke Lacrosse or UVA or Kavanaugh is that the men in this case did have sex with the accuser. The Duke Lacrosse allegations were entirely fabricated, the accused UVA rapist did not even exist and there is, to this day, no evidence that Christine Blasey Ford ever met Brett Kavanaugh. At least four of the 7 accused men at Cornell had sex with Jane Doe, by all accounts. What exists here is an unusual number of witnesses who allege that everything was consensual and that Jane Doe was an active and willing participant in the events (because it was group sex), as well as Jane Doe’s various statements to numerous other people, some of which were recorded and preserved as text messages. When she went to the police, she gave multiple hours of interviews during which she was accompanied by a victim advocate and a TIX administrator. These interviews resulted in a six-page single-spaced detailed document of all the events of that night, as she alleged them, sworn under penalty of perjury. Her narrative failed to allege any criminal act under New York State law, because she acknowledged consent to have sex with these men. The outrage over this incident stems from the perception that the sex acts described were so gross and squalid that no woman would consent to them, which runs contra to Jane Doe’s own statements acknowledging she was “into this three-way” and that “nothing illegal happened.” She conceded that she consented in a sworn statement to the police. The other widely held view is that she was unable to consent to these acts because she was intoxicated. But in New York, the standard is clear: Someone who is intoxicated on substances they have voluntarily consumed can consent to sex if they are conscious and able to speak to articulate their unwillingness to do something. So Jane Doe consented. There is no legal argument that her consent was invalid. She said she consented repeatedly in writing — in text messages to the accused and in her statement to the police. When she now says these acts were nonconsensual, she is disputing not just the men’s narrative but her own previous statements. This is dismissed by her advocates as a trauma response — that victims often deny what happened to them until some time later when they process and acknowledge it. So now, we are expected to hand down very serious punishment on the basis of claims from someone whose story keeps changing. But these guys did run a gross sticky train on this girl while she was drunk and high on a dirty frat-house mattress, and they did send the “free pussy” message to their group text, and they did gossip about her after it happened, and they did do ketamine and gave Jane Doe ketamine. They’re incredibly gross and unsympathetic figures even if she willingly had sex with them and acknowledged consent in writing multiple times, they will not be able to vindicate themselves as fully as some other prominent figures who beat false accusations."
Basically feminists say women can't be trusted and no means no but yes also means no. Jane Doe wanted to take the ketamine too but somehow few are condemning her for that
Nietzsche’s Retarded Stallion (NRS) on X - "Every young man of the Cornell 7 should be given 7 figure payouts. In college I was accused of rape on multiple occasions and the one that was most destructive to my life and completely uprooted me was literally planned out over several days post hoc after a girl I never slept with or was ever meaningfully alone with got in trouble for saying she wanted to sleep with me and flirting with me in public when I was on a clear off limits list by her friend group who told her if anything happened between us she would be expelled from the group. In other instance, there was a frat guy who lived down the street from me (I was not in a frat myself fwiw here) and one girl accused him of rape and all of a sudden every night there were protests by the hundreds outside this guys house and they would stand there in his yard for hours and hours late unto the evening holding signs and screaming things like "CHOP HIS BALLS OFF" and eventually he had to effectively be evacuated from his place and find somewhere else to live because it was too dangerous for him to be there. And what's worse in this instance is that the girl who made the accusation against him eventually quietly rescinded it and admitted she made it up and yet not a single woman I ever talked to at those "protests" ever apologised or exemplified even an iota of remorse for what they did to this poor guy. When women congregate they always encourage the worst behavior, but when it becomes too much or reflects themselves too poorly via shining a light on the type of people they are/hang out with, they shamelessly and unilaterally weaponize every social grace that has ever been afforded them to protect the lowest common denominator of whatever they consist of to protect their status and fragile self-images, and engage in mob politics for the thrill of it. This behavior is simply put, not acceptable. It cannot be tolerated any longer and anyone who trivialises it is an enemy. Every girl that posts something like this should eventually be stripped of all financial means and perhaps and then some. It is all so incredibly tiresome and sooner or later an example must be set. The women must be punished and the men must be patronised just lile we did with Chud, Shiloh, and others, and socialboundaries need to be established once and for all."

If a woman and a man both voluntarily get drunk or take drugs and then have sex, why is his intoxication treated differently from hers when determining consent? Brother Lunk on X - "The Snapchat message is a nothing-burger. It was sent at 1:42 AM. By that point, two of the three threesomes had already happened, involving three different men (Ingalls, Newell, Lopes). After that point, four additional men entered the room over the course of the night. Two of them (Norris, Kretzschmar) never even touched her; according to them, they were alarmed by the snapchat message and came to see what was going on, but were reassured when they saw that she was lucid and everything happening was consensual. One of them (Sarabia) tried to kiss her, she rebuffed him, and he did nothing further (not rape). One (Lee) took part in the final threesome of the night, which ended as soon as she said she was tired and wanted to go to sleep (not rape). If the snapchat message were an invitation to commit rape (rather than an advertisement that a woman is available for free sex), then you would expect some indication that any of the four men who entered the room after seeing it did so with an intent to rape. But there's no evidence any of them did."
Richard Hanania on X - "There's a recurring pattern in these campus rape cases
1) Woman has sexual encounter
2) Accuses a man of rape, politicians and institutions run with the initial details
3) Facts blow apart the narrative
We have an epidemic of sex regret among women. A few decide to go from sluts to victims by reframing their experiences as rape. We still haven't figured out how to handle sexual freedom."
Dave Gilbert | Facebook - "We now know that the woman involved at first did not see herself as a victim. Jane Doe, as the NYT calls her, was then slut shamed, which caused her increasing distress. At one point, she found a forum post in which the incident was characterized as a “gang r*ape.” She couldn’t believe it was described that way, and confided in Matthew Ingalls, one of the men who she would later accuse of assault. One week after she was supposedly raped at a frat house, the woman was upset because she was disinvited from a party at the same location “for her own good.” Days later, she started describing her experience as non-consensual. We’ve been doing this campus rape controversy thing for decades now, and these conversations never get anywhere because they only reveal that we are in denial about human nature. Women have been told that consent is what matters in sexual relationships. Of course, “consent” sometimes exists on a spectrum, particularly when it comes to sex, an area of life where humans communicate more subtly than they do elsewhere. Little explicit guidance is given beyond that. Men, we all know, want to have a lot of sex with a wide variety of sexual partners. Movies, TV shows, and feminism tell us that women can legitimately decide to behave the same way, and that this is either morally neutral or empowering. [...] Most girls who go to elite universities are not that promiscuous. They understand that everyone is supposed to say that men and women should be judged equally, but also that nobody lives that advice. Educated American women generally do not have group sex with random men. And if there are times when they do behave like sluts, they try to keep such behavior secret rather than proudly owning it like actresses do in the movies. The sexual double standard rests on certain fundamentals about human nature. Men who were promiscuous had an evolutionary advantage, while a woman who wasn’t selective about her partners was at risk of ending up with bad genes for her offspring or being abandoned in a vulnerable state. I’m not failing to make the is/ought distinction here. It is true that simply having an evolutionary explanation for some aspect of human nature doesn’t morally justify it. Nonetheless, the fact that men and women are psychologically different must be taken as a fact about the world. The double standards aren’t just a matter of judging other people, but determine how we judge ourselves too. If women did not evolve to have casual sex, then casual sex is probably going to cause psychological distress. Morning after regret is a woman’s body telling her that she did something wrong, and the social stigma that comes from such acts is no less a part of human nature. How we feel about the behavior of others is not infinitely malleable through rational discourse. Note that we are talking about an Ivy League university in the fall of 2024. Even in such an environment, a woman was slut shamed to such a degree that it led to her dropping out of college and ruined her life. If Ivy League universities cannot eliminate slut shaming after decades of feminist ideological domination, what hope do the rest of us have? Civilized countries should be applauded for no longer arresting those who have sex outside marriage or stoning them to death. But to go beyond this and say that we should not judge promiscuous women harshly is asking too much of human nature. Every other society has found it easier to just encourage women to practice modesty and discretion. We’ve decided to try something else, and the result is endless moral panics and controversies over fuzzy concepts like consent, sexual assault, and power imbalances. The Cornell student is a victim. Likely not of rape, but of lies about human nature. Here’s what women need to be told. You have a choice to behave promiscuously. We’re a civilized society and believe in individual liberty. But if you do have sex with men you don’t know well and are not in a committed relationship with, you will likely regret your actions. Other women will gossip about you, and even the men who you’d think would be grateful will often dehumanize you, laugh at you behind your back and see you with contempt. I know you’ve seen a lot of TV shows where the most attractive, confident, and high status women go through life sexually free and open without suffering much in the way of emotional distress and reputational consequences, and there is probably some minority of women for whom that is possible, but the odds are extremely low that you are one of them. This will be true whether you’re a waitress at a restaurant or an elite college student, even though in the latter case you’ll be subject to a lot more propaganda on this topic. We are in the process of relearning what nearly every other society has understood instinctively. Unfortunately, our unwillingness to take human nature seriously enough is creating a lot of broken women and punishing too many innocent men along the way."

Richard Hanania on X - "This is the best thing I’ve read on the Cornell situation. We focus completely on consent, and that makes sense as a legal standard. But morally, it’s only part of the equation. If a man technically meets whatever standards we set for consent and then treats a woman like garbage afterwards, that’s terrible behavior and should be condemned. It’ll be hard to convince a jury that any of the Cornell 7 committed rape. But these were men who sought to humiliate women for pleasure and as a group bonding experience. This is how women can later feel regret over sexual experiences, and they use the language of “rape” because it is the only thing that we acknowledge as strong enough to capture their emotional state. I haven’t always appreciated this enough when looking at questionable allegations. Consent should be the legal standard. But men need to behave better, and it is good to shun those who treat women poorly."

Dvorstone on X - "I hate going into the details of this case but this is worth understanding because the entire internet seems to be ignoring or denying that this entire thing was predicated on the psychological exploit of women's romantic attachments. The woman in question had a romantic/sexual interest with guy #1. He invited her over and she came. He then proposed a threesome with guy#2, which she thought meant that the two men would engage in gay sex with each other, and her. She agreed. Later, guy #2 makes out with her but her interest is described as minimal. #2 is the "black guy" and that's who slapped her butt and "commanded" her to snort ketamine off of his dick. Guy #3 enters (it's his room) and they end up in another threesome with him and #2. Later, more men entered (7 total) and she declined additional sexual behavior. Later again, guy #1 wanted to do it again with her but now with #4. She is on recorded as having said "what about just you and me?" to guy #1. Text messages confirm that he was her primary interest. The entire thing is a repulsive disaster but the clearest assessment is this:
1. Guy #1 used her, taking advantage of her drunkenness and her romantic interest in him.
2. Guys #2, #3, and #4 took advantage of the opportunity that #1 provided them.
3. Later, guy #1 then scorned her and then someone exposed what happened, thus ruining her reputation.
4. Feeling taken advantage of, she lashed out in the traditional manner: she accused all 7 men of rape.
Did the woman in question engage in slutty behavior? Yes she did. A central problem today is that modern sexual morality encourages this from all women. This is what women are taught to be today. Women will get angry at this but... most women are temperamentally agreeable and conflict avoidant. This woman CLEARLY engaged in a bunch of stuff that she was uneasy about simply to be agreeable. If you know anything about women at all, you know how true it is that women will do things just to be agreeable. The concept of "consent," as men understand it, does not apply to about 85% of women. They'll simply go along to make people happy or keep the peace. Modern men do not understand this. What does a woman want? Most of the time, it's to keep the peace or to make someone happy. She does "x" act for THAT purpose, NOT because she wants to do that act. That's what happened here. This woman wanted to please guy #1, and he took advantage of that. Everyone else involved is a creep but he's a villain. She became a villain when she lashed out at everyone. Men deny this and claim "women have no agency" or blah, blah, but the truth is that women are simply anchored to the man they're attracted to. If you want to know who a woman is attracted to, simply pay attention to her interests, values, hobbies, and so on, and relate that to the men in her life. If she's dedicated to work, then it's probably someone at her company. If it's running, then it's probably someone at the gym. Everything that happened to her happened because she didn't want to upset or displease the man that she had interest in. He wanted a porn experience and she gave it to him. Then he threw her away instead of appreciating what she did. Men will think "why would a man want to be in a relationship with a slut?" What they don't understand is that her being a "slut" was for him. This is exactly how "pimps" turn a woman out. Most prostitutes are "turned out" by a man that they imagine themselves in a relationship with. They're whoring for him. This is the central psychological exploit of women: the more romantic interest they have in a man, the more they're willing to do for him. Modern men are taking advantage of this exploit for casual sex and "porn fantasies."
It's true that women wanted equality and if that is so, they need to be held to the same standard as men. The problem is that women CAN'T be held to that standard justly. It's impossible. The reason is because women's sense of morality is dependent upon two things
1. The consensus/approval of the herd
2. The approval of their romantic interest
If a woman loves you enough, that'll override even the power of #1. This is what a LOT of men don't understand. If a woman loves you enough, she won't care what anyone else thinks. Modern men deny this because either no woman's ever loved them enough to behave like that OR they did but the man wasted it on something stupid like a threesome. A woman who loves a man is a powerful force. She'll do anything for him. Use that wisely and it'll make your life. Waste it, and you might never get another chance. I'm not saying that this woman "loved" guy #1. I'm saying that she liked him enough to sexually debase herself for him. This is what most BDSM relationships are (women doing increasingly extreme things to please a man). It's common behavior. He then failed to appreciate that and scorned her. And THAT is why so many women are upset. It's not "rape." It's betrayal. It's what men call "regret." This is why you're not supposed to "kiss and tell." It's a betrayal. A woman who did "those things" did them for you. The woman in question was a fool. Then, in her anger, she lashed out and made herself a villain too. Guy #1 (Matthew Ingalls) IS a villain though. He's not a rapist, but he is a villain. A lot of men deny this concept: every woman is a "slut" if she thinks so will please the man she loves. She'll get a boob job or lose weight or do that kinky thing you like. The reason men deny this is because no woman has acted this way for them. "Hating the slut" is spiritually Islamic. It imagines women as corruptors. Such women do exist but most "sluts" today are so because they think it's what the men they're interested in want because that IS what the men keep telling women they want. Women are trash today because you asked for that. Blaming them for it while absolving yourself of responsibility is, again, spiritually Islamic."

Innocent until proven guilty is not a favor to men. It is the standard that makes a guilty verdict mean something, which is the only reason a real victim gets believed. - can’t remember how she ended up having sex with more guys but doesn’t ever claim she passed out, and remember up until this point she’s been drinking and doing K and engaging in group sex voluntarily, so there’s no reason to assume she was opposed to more men, she just can’t remember all the details because of the drugs she did voluntarily

The Cornell Daily Sun reports the Day Hall graffiti read “SMASH THE PATRIARCHY” and “AT CORNELL RAPISTS ARE PROTECTED PROTESTORS ARE EXPELLED,” while “shards” of broken glass from destroyed windows “litter[ed] the entryway and the floor” of the entrance... In a statement to the Sun, the activists behind the vandalism wrote they were “motivated by both the lawsuit” and “the global systems of power that allowed this to happen in the first place.” They defended their actions as “nonviolent”: “We reject the dogma that would condemn our actions this morning as violent while excusing rape. Property damage is not violent; condoning rape is.” The activists further noted they wanted “to ensure” that Day Hall “was not able to continue business as usual.”... The activists’ manifesto called out President Kotlikoff and other university officials for “condoning rape,” “cultivating […] a culture that emboldens rapists in their actions,” and “suspending nonviolent protestors” who had demonstrated against the “genocide” in Gaza. It concluded by demanding Cornell officials “resign and turn power over to the students and the workers, the people who truly care about this campus and want nothing but justice and liberation for themselves and their peers.”"
