Up close, it was clear this graffiti vandalism attack was part antisemitic, part anti-globalist, and part conspiracy theory... “Allahu Akbar” was also written there, as was “humanity vs Satan.” There were also references to Stanley Kubrick’s Eyes Wide Shut movie and the “Committee of 300″ conspiracy theory."

Cory Booker’s Vote to Block Arms Sales to Israel is the Final Betrayal - "There are few things more painful in public life than watching a friend drift from conviction into calculation. Disagreement is inevitable in politics; betrayal is not. And yet, that is precisely how I—and many in the American Jewish community—experienced Senator Cory Booker’s recent vote to block arms sales to Israel. Let me be clear: reasonable people can debate policy. But this is not a question of nuance. It is a question of moral coherence. One cannot, on the one hand, support policies that unlocked roughly $150 billion for the Iranian regime—the world’s leading state sponsor of terror, sworn to Israel’s destruction—and on the other, move to restrict Israel’s ability to defend its citizens against that very threat. That is not balance. That is contradiction with consequences measured in human lives. “You cannot empower the arsonist and then deny the fire brigade the water.” I have known Cory Booker for decades. He was my student President at Oxford University. He was my soul-friend, my brother, my Torah-study partner. My closest confidante. And I was pivotal in launching his political career. Ours was not a casual acquaintance. It was a genuine friendship—one forged in shared ideals, mutual respect, and, I believed, a common moral language... Some will say Senator Booker is responding to shifting political winds. Others will insist he is reflecting the concerns of a changing electorate. But leadership is not a weathervane. It is a compass. It does not point where the wind blows; it points to what is right."

US Student Arrested For Jokingly Asking Benjamin Netanyahu to "Drop Bombs" On Her College - "A Florida university student was arrested Thursday after posting a message in a WhatsApp group chat that appeared to ask Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to "drop bombs" on her college, media reported, citing police. The student told officers it was a joke, but authorities are treating the threat seriously under Florida's laws on school-related threats. According to the Florida International University Police Department, a 20-year-old female student, identified as Gabriela Saldana, was taken into custody near the main campus in Miami. She later appeared in a bond court... As per a report by NBC Miami, the arrest report revealed that she made "a threat to kill or do bodily harm to individuals regarding a scheduled event on Friday, April 10, 2026, via a WhatsApp group chat." "The defendant did so in a manner in which it may be viewed by another person and intended the threat to be a true threat," the report added. The message was sent on Wednesday night to a chat which reportedly had around 215 students. She sent it when the students were discussing an upcoming event at the university's Ocean Bank Convocation Center. Saldana's message read: "@Netanyahu can you please drop bombs on FIU. They sharpen those cracks until they become deep fractures that erode trust and destroy social unity. Most Americans have no idea how determined, well-funded, and strategic their enemies are in their effort to destroy US. Kile B. Jones | Facebook - "Israel gets blamed and smeared before the facts are in, yet again. This is just my morning read. These kinds of media discrepancies were the first things to get me to question my views on Israel. Tom Fletcher, UN Humanitarian chief railed the UN security council because of reports on amount of aid workers who have been killed. “Of the more than 1,010 humanitarian workers killed from 2023 to 2025, he said, more than 560 were in Gaza and the West Bank.” The undersecretary said “they died in clearly marked convoys and on missions coordinated directly with authorities.” The AP writer then goes on to say “in Gaza, Israel restricts the U.N. and other international organizations.” Yes, because restricting access lowers the deaths of your mad about right now! You see how stupid that is? Then the story is on a WHO worker, Magdi Aslan, who recently died in Gaza. The headlines say “Israel fire kills WHO worker in Gaza,” “WHO worker has been killed in Gaza by Israeli,”—also that WHO has suspended assistance in Gaza due to this. Basically, Israel is out here mowing humanitarian workers down. And if you took AP, or Reuters, or CNN at face value, you would think Israel clearly doesn’t care who they kill. I don’t do that. You know me. I do my digging. And what do I get? IDF report they “identified an unmarked vehicle approaching them and the Yellow Line, posing an immediate threat.” Troops fired warning shots. The vehicle “continued to accelerate toward the troops, who then responded with additional fire, and a hit was identified.” In case you didn’t know, the yellow line is a ceasefire boundary running north to south through Gaza, where any vehicle or person approaching or crossing it is subject to Israeli fire. Let’s also remember the context here:
1. Hamas has documented practice of using NGO-looking, ambulances, and unmarked vehicles as cover—captured members stated ambulances were used because “the Jews don’t hit ambulances.” Drone footage from February shows Hamas loading weapons into ambulances near the Yellow Line, and they placed formal bounties on NGO workers last June, giving them motive to impersonate humanitarian vehicles near IDF positions. Hamas’ strategy toward NGO-affiliated personnel in Gaza: kill them, place bounties on them, impersonate their vehicles, and use humanitarian cover as a tactic—all documented and confirmed nine months before this shooting. An IDF soldier near the yellow line in Khan Younis had documented, state-confirmed reason to treat an unidentified vehicle approaching his position as a potential threat. They were 300 meters east of Salah al-Din Street in the al-Satar al-Sharqi area at 08:45 on April 6, 2026. 300 meters east means the vehicle was approaching the road from the west. The Yellow Line in the Khan Younis area runs through eastern Khan Younis, and Salah al-Din Street itself has been the line of friction throughout the ceasefire.
2. WHO missions in Gaza routinely incorporate mixed convoys combining WHO staff, PRCS ambulances, OCHA personnel, and civilian transport— a “WHO mission” and a “fully marked WHO vehicle” are not the same thing. Remember the undersecretary saying “they died in clearly marked convoys”—he’s an idiot.
3. Aslan was a contractor, not a WHO staff member—contractors in conflict zones routinely use local cars rather than marked UN vehicles, because those attract Hamas.
4. WHO’s own spokesman couldn’t confirm the vehicle was marked—“typically they would be WHO marked vehicles” is not confirmation. Conflicting Palestinian accounts describe a marked WHO vehicle and a commercial vehicle: so we don’t know.
5. The IDF issued warning shots first and the vehicle allegedly accelerated toward troops afterward—once again, none of this is mentioned in the news.
Reporting this as Israel killing a WHO worker shows exactly what I mean when I talk about anti-Israel bias.
The structural issue is stark: the same international community that immediately and loudly attributed Aslan’s death to Israel, said nothing when Hamas placed bounties on aid workers’ and kills them regularly The asymmetry in coverage and condemnation is the double standard I talk about and you are reading about it now. Now this is still in investigation—but even still, it’s not how you practice good journalism."
Holocaust survivor kicked out of Madrid museum amid chants - "Three elderly Israeli-Jewish women, wearing Stars of David and carrying an Israeli flag, were expelled from the Reina Sofía National Museum of Art in Madrid on Sunday. The women – one of whom is a Holocaust survivor – were verbally harassed by some of the visitors who shouted “Genocide!” “Child killers” and “Murderers!” Some visitors also said they were “disturbed” by the three women’s presence. Instead of removing the other visitors, the museum staff asked the women to leave. A Spanish woman who was accompanying the three Jewish ladies recorded the incident. The video shows her arguing with the staff member over his attempt to make them leave, telling him that they were doing nothing illegal – and that under Spanish law, the museum could not lawfully kick the women out... The woman told Okdiario that the symbols were “totally normal Jewish symbolism, not at all offensive.” “But as soon as we arrived and they saw that we were Jewish, we were subjected to overt hostility from the museum staff. It was outrageous, intolerable.”... “The Reina Sofia Museum is a state-owned museum that has been pushing for the government agenda of the monetization of Israel and the glorification of fellow terrorist Palestinian classes. “They have been flying the Palestinian flag on and off for a number of years, which is illegal in Spain in a public institution. But again, remember, the Reina Sofia Museum is owned by the government, and in particular by the Culture Ministry, which is far Left and has been very active in the demonization [and] criminalization [of Israel and Jews and the] visceral calling for genocide, etc.”... The museum received negative attention last week for hosting an anti-Israel seminar titled “Gaza and aestheticicide” on February 10."

Melissa Steinberg Brodsky | Facebook - "Calla Walsh was 15 years old when she helped organize an international climate strike and mobilized thousands of young people onto the streets of Boston. The New York Times wrote about her. The Boston Globe followed. Ed Markey praised her after she helped deliver his 2020 Senate primary victory by 11 points. Teen Vogue gave her a byline. She was, by every account, a rising star. She’s 21 now and living in a Hezbollah-controlled neighborhood of Beirut. She’s also on a U.S. government watch list. In July 2025, standing in Tehran, she declared “Death to America. Death to Israel.” She called it the greatest honor of her life. She now produces English-language propaganda for Iranian state media, a network the U.S. government has sanctioned. In March, after American soldiers were killed in an Iranian drone strike, she posted their photos alongside a comment calling them fighters for “fascism, genocide, pedophilia, and cannibalism.” The Free Press published a detailed account of her radicalization last week by investigative reporter Jay Solomon, and it’s worth reading, because the story of how a Cambridge-raised girl from an elite academic family ends up calling for the sabotage of American defense plants isn’t simple. It doesn’t start with hatred. It starts with earnestness, and an ideology that keeps moving that proverbial goalpost. She went from the Green New Deal to the Democratic Socialists of America to self-described communist to Tehran conference speaker in fewer than six years. That’s not a slow drift. That’s a sprint, and it happened in full public view. There are two stories here, and it feels like only one of them is being focused on. The first story is Calla Walsh herself. She made choices. At every fork in the road, she chose the more extreme position. She vandalized Israeli defense company facilities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, for which she served jail time. She decided it was a great idea to move to Beirut after her release. She chose to align herself with a regime that executes its own citizens and funds the organizations responsible for murdering 1,200 Israelis on October 7, 2023. She chose to mock dead Americans. Whatever forces shaped her, she’s an adult making adult decisions with real consequences, and those decisions rest squarely on her shoulders. The second story is about every institution that elevated her and said nothing when the warning signs were already visible. HonestReporting flagged her extremism in 2022, more than a year before October 7. Nobody who had given her a platform was interested. The Times and the Globe, which once profiled her as a fierce young progressive force, have yet to cover her activities in Tehran. The activist networks that celebrated her kept celebrating, right up until she was chanting for the deaths of her own countrymen. I’m not saying the media made her into what she is. She did that herself. But they absolutely helped create the conditions where this kind of radicalization gets applause until it can’t be ignored anymore…and then gets silent when accountability would be uncomfortable. That’s a failure of the most epic global proportions. What bothers me isn’t just Calla Walsh. It’s that she’s not an anomaly, she’s a rapid acceleration that happens when the pipeline from progressive organizing to open support for designated terrorist organizations goes unchecked. The institutions that should have been the firebreak weren’t. The activists who should have pushed back didn’t. And now there’s a 21-year-old American woman living inside Hezbollah’s footprint, urging people back home to destroy defense infrastructure. And the people who handed her a megaphone at 17 have moved on to the next young voice to groom for radicalization. She may never come home. If she does, she faces potential indictment for material support to designated terrorist organizations. That’s where the road leads when nobody says stop. I write about this stuff a lot, and I’ll be honest, some weeks it wears on you. This one does. Not because of Walsh specifically, though what’s happened to her is genuinely sad in a way that doesn’t diminish how dangerous she’s become. It wears on me because of what it exposes about the spaces where it was allowed to grow. This didn’t happen in a basement. It happened on campuses, in progressive organizing circles, in magazine profiles. I stand with Israel, not just because I’m Jewish and this is personal. But because the same ideology that brought Calla Walsh to Tehran is the one that targets Jewish students, Jewish community centers, and Jewish identity across the Western world. These aren’t separate conversations. They’re the exact same ones."
