Multiculturalism is fuelling misogyny, but Britain’s schools don’t seem to care - "when it comes to the evils of misogyny, there are many possible topics the lessons could cover. Allow me to suggest a few.  They could, for example, explain that the burka and the niqab are tools of patriarchal oppression, which is why they are banned in public spaces in other Western European countries such as Denmark, Belgium and France.  Equally, they could include statistics showing that men born in some countries – for example, Afghanistan – are significantly more likely to be convicted of sex crimes than men born in others – for example, Britain.  They could also explain the real reason why parents in Epping started holding protests outside their local asylum hotel this summer. And, perhaps most importantly, they could cover the grooming gangs scandal, during which men from a certain background raped British girls specifically because, in the words of one victim, “I was told white girls are trash. They are all whores. They should be raped as punishment for not obeying Allah.”  Personally, I think that if we want to open pupils’ eyes to the mistreatment of women and girls, the above topics would be ideal. Unfortunately, however, I have a strange feeling they might not make the cut. Not least because teachers would be terrified of getting fired. Or worse. So instead, I fear, the lessons will largely be about the “toxic masculinity” of Andrew Tate and the online “manosphere” – with a viewing of the ubiquitous Netflix drama, Adolescence, thrown in. All worthy stuff, of course. But nothing that might risk “inflaming community tensions”.  If schools are not willing to take that particular risk, however, these lessons are likely to achieve precious little. To have any real value, they must be honest with pupils, and tell them that many of the most serious forms of misogyny facing our society today arise from the failings of multiculturalism. And the first step towards tackling those forms of misogyny is to recognise their cause.  Doing so would certainly make the lessons “as ambitious and bold as possible”. Something tells me, though, that this is not what our anonymous friend at the Home Office had in mind."
Time to blame white men and screen Adolescence as a documentary in schools

John B. Holbein on X - "Women are chronically underrepresented in tech/programming sectors.   This new preprint examines whether hiring bias--especially in interviews--is to blame and, if so, why.   Using 60,000+ coding interviews from a peer-to-peer interview platform, it finds that even when women perform similarly to men, they are penalized in interviews.  But which theory of bias actually explains this gap?  The authors test four hypotheses about the source of gender bias in technical hiring.
Hypothesis 1: Ability differences.
Explanation: If women receive lower interview scores because they perform worse, evaluation gaps should mirror performance gaps.
Finding: Rejected. Performance differences on objective coding tasks are small and cannot explain the much larger evaluation penalties women receive.
Hypothesis 2: Statistical discrimination / lack of information.
Explanation: If interviewers underestimate women’s ability, giving them objective performance signals should reduce the gap.
Finding: Rejected. Providing interviewers with automated coding test scores does not reduce the gender gap.
Hypothesis 3: Taste-based discrimination.
Explanation: Interviewers may simply prefer men.
Finding: Not supported. The gap disappears when evaluations are blinded and non-interactive.
Hypothesis 4: Interaction-based bias.
Explanation: Bias arises during live interpersonal interaction (voice, confidence norms, expectations).
Finding: Supported. Gender gaps appear only in interactive interviews, not when the same code is evaluated blindly.
Bottom line: Interviews don’t just measure ability. They produce bias through interaction itself. Reducing gender gaps may require redesigning interviews, not just debiasing interviewers."
Conservative Maryland on X - "Women had lower working experience and preparation level. They improperly used a regression to ignore that. This is the sole reason why women failed so hard in these peer interviews."
Wes Winham Winler🔍 on X - "Looks like their "100% correct" control didn't take into account time to solution. They definitely had that data, so curious that they didn't include it. Perhaps it hurt their ability to create a publishable finding"
Spring Warlock on X - "They're underrepresented because the denominator is much different. Computer programming isnt as appealing to women as it is to men. And btw, "performance differences" in coding is a big deal. The bias is coming from assuming it shouldn't be a big deal."
Women having poor interview skills/soft skills/other things that only show up in an interview etc = bias. Ironically, left wingers usually hate standardised tests, since certain groups perform worse
Of course, from what we know, women actually are advantaged when they are made to sound like men (and vice versa), so gender bias against women is not the issue (naturally, the AI overview reported the exact opposite result)

Why does every girl's/women’s sport feel like it requires a bathing suit? : r/askanything - "My brother is a college volleyball coach. His players have the choice of the spandex shorts or the pants. Nearly every girl chooses the shorts."
"This is the case beyond college. Women choose to wear what they wear because alternatives are available. Just of course we have to villianise men for making women wear what they wear 🙄"
"Yep, that’s the Reddit way. I think it’s funny that people are saying it’s because sex sells. As if high school or D3 college volleyball teams are selling boatloads of tickets because of the shorts"
"Many such cases. Most people suffer from the Women Are Wonderful Effect and so the idea of holding women accountable for doing things the person doesn't like just doesn't compute in their brains. Therefore they will twist themselves into mental knots to find a way to blame men instead"
Clearly, women have just internalised patriarchy and misogyny. Women don't have agency unless they push the left wing agenda

Why does every girl's/women’s sport feel like it requires a bathing suit? : r/askanything - "i can't speak for anyone else but as a sports person myself, it really does come down to mobility for me. sometimes conforming clothes (not revealing, i hate revealing) are easier to wear and don't get in the way like baggier, open clothes do. something not too loose but also not too tight can affect everything.  sociatal norms definitely play a factor. certain styles and looks determine the choice, too, as does how the person wearing it feels in it.  they can wear whatever they want, whatever is most comfortable. that goes for anyone, regardless of gender. i think your post is more centered around pro sports on a state or national level with millions of people watching. leagues and associations create guidelines for this, but as they say, "life is unfair""
"NGL, I always though a lot of it was "just showing off", but then I did a leg day in short running shorts and it was a game changer. Movement was so much easier, leg press was deeper, and so much more comfortable."

Why does every girl's/women’s sport feel like it requires a bathing suit? : r/askanything - "I'm going with "confirmation bias". Softball, basketball, hockey, tennis, golf, equestrian, archery, bowling, table tennis, curling, powerlifting, badminton, speedskating, skiing, the list goes on and on.  Here's what I can tell you. My daughter participates in high school cross country and track. The female athletes have options that range from bun huggers to very modest attire and most of the girls CHOOSE the bun huggers. It's a conscious choice that they make. There are very few sports that mandate skimpy outfits without allowing for more modest versions (beach volleyball comes to mind). I think in the case of beach volleyball it's a branding thing. That organization wants sex appeal to be part of the sport. I think the ladies who gravitate to the sport probably don't mind or they wouldn't have gravitated to that sport."
"I mean it should be noted that a lot of men play volleyball topless. Men also box  and play water polo topless.   Women's boxing matches get a very different kind of audience if they wore exactly what the men were."
"Women beach volleyball players were given an option a few years ago, and guess what nearly all of them choose to wear?  What do male beach volleyball players wear?"

Why does every girl's/women’s sport feel like it requires a bathing suit? : r/askanything - "the answer to that is still money. they make more money personally that way by selling thier bodies. from promoters from fans. its always down to money. No one wants to run with their ass eating the damn fabric of their knickers"
"Who’s paying the women that run at the park to dress like that?"
Why does every girl's/women’s sport feel like it requires a bathing suit? : r/askanything - "99.9% of track athletes do not get paid. They run high school or college track. They do not pick what to wear based on money, but based on what they see others doing and their personal choice."

Why does every girl's/women’s sport feel like it requires a bathing suit? : r/askanything - "Have you seen what is acceptable to be worn in Gyms? and what most Woman wear Much more revealing than what is worn in competition."

Meme - "RELATIONSHIPS
Daughter going traditional
Daughter who is 18 seems obsessed with the idea of a family of her own, marriage and children. Admittedly I (F50) have not set a good example, with me and her dad fighting and other family fights may have caused it. We were never married, but now she is entirely sure she will never have children outside of marriage, and that she will marry young. She wants children and a husband before 25, and has already been saving for a house of her own etc. She began attending a new Orthodox church a year ago, and has since become more and more religious. She has met a boy at church, who is from a wealthy Canadian family, he is nice but also incredibly religious but a man of few words. He is 3? years older than her, and if am honest I am not keen on him. Her plan is she will get a degree in midwifery and once she is married she will stay at home, which I think is unfeasible with the cost of living crisis etc. If I am honest, I do not think she will even end up in university, she has done barely any work for her upcoming exams. I should add none of her siblings are the same, in fact 2 have children outside of marriage and none of us are religious, only baptised as babies, so it is bizarre where this has all come from, and it seems backwards. What can I do to help her with this situation? She will not see the dangers. I should also add she is slowly cutting off contact with my side of the family. Her dad's side are distant as it is as they are scattered worldwide, but we are mostly in the same country. I am moving away in a year or two to live with one of my older children, and I think she may cut off contact with me entirely then.
[TLDR] F18 daughter seems to be becoming a tradwife and I F50 am concerned she is going to ruin her life."
Feminism is not about giving women choice
Since we're told parental alienation is always the parents' fault...

Meme - Punks Arguing Over Nothing (Wicked Poser Edition): ""Not all men" = "Not all guns are loaded."
But how do you handle every gun you come in contact with? You treat it like it's loaded until you are absolutely sure it is safe."
Alexander Davis: "people are not objects"
Comparing a sex to inanimate objects (also see, skittles) is only grossly wrong, offensive and objectification if it's women. And of course, good luck if you apply this logic to a "minority"

Meme - *Erika Kirk*
Occupy Democrats: "IF YOU EVER FEEL LIKE A SHITTY MOM, JUST REMEMBER THAT AT LEAST YOU AREN'T DOING A MONTHS LONG PRESS TOUR WHILE YOUR SMALL CHILDREN ARE AT HOME TRYING TO PROCESS THEIR DAD'S SUDDEN AND VIOLENT DEATH."
"Can we stop all the ugliness? Both sides have lost all sense of decency. You are talking about someone's MOM. Leave this woman alone. This makes this page look stupid and ignorant and it lacks a sense of compassion and class. Sincerely, democrat who has the ability to recognize that this page is part of problem. I'm unfollowing now."
Now left wingers say that women with kids should stay in the kitchen, revealing their hypocrisy and moral bankruptcy. Disgusting.

Meme - Fugitive Caesar @ThomBrady5: "Betty Friedan, author of "The Feminine Mystique'. Feminism is, and has always been, nothing more than ugly women telling hot women to burn down their marriages out of resentment and envy."

Larry Correia | Facebook - "Almost 900 comments on that post and I find it fascinating that nothing outrages a Male Feminist Ally like saying women should trust in guns, knives, and pepper spray over silly wishful thinking nonsense like Teach Men Not To Rape.  We all know why.  But what’s wrong with teaching men to not do evil? Nothing. That’s what sane parents try to do. The issue is that this is a useless posturing platitude which is totally irrelevant in the moment of crisis. It’s putting the locus of control on some psycho.  I’ve got hundreds of cop readers. What percentage of rapists and sex offenders have you guys run into who did that kind of thing because they didn’t know any better? Does such a creature exist? Nope. I’m betting rapists who didn’t know any better are spotted less often than Bigfoot. Sad fact of life is that some people are just rotten. Nature or nurture, whatever. They’re violent assholes and when they are trying to hurt you who gives a shit about their tragic backstory. Put a bullet in that fucker.  But you say this to a Male Feminist Ally and they shriek and scream and project. How dare we recognize that all humans are ultimately responsible for their own well being? That’s Victim Blaming. Instead we should count on some nebulous total strangers to teach their kids better. But what if they did and the scumbag didn’t care? Now what? Crickets. Recite the mantra some more I guess.  Notice, none of these fuckers are willing to actually do anything to lower the numbers they complain about. The Venn diagram of Teach Boys Not To Rape and liberals who are against throwing the book at dudes with ten, twenty, or thirty arrests makes a stack of pancakes. They’ll kick a schizophrenic free ten minutes after he groped a woman on the subway without bail and then cry about the cruelty of the system when he murders someone the next day.  The Venn diagram for these useless mopes and being in favor of mass migration from the cultures which do actually teach kids that rape is fine, make a perfect circle. Same for if they are against deporting sex criminals.  I noticed a bunch of these weeenies yelling at me were Europeans. How’s that Teach Boys Not To Rape mantra working out in places like Sweden or England? Oh wait. It’s failing miserably because those dudes don’t give a shit? What a shocker.  They are demanding decent people do what decent people do anyway, in the naive hope that’s going to sway evil people who get off on being evil. It’s childlike on its grasp on reality.  Since there is no logical or moral defense for this La La Land bullshit, observe how all the Caring Liberals follow the exact same script. Why do you want women empowered and armed effectively instead of reciting our useless feel good mantra? You must hate women and want to victimize them yourself!  Yeah, stupid, I want them to have guns and knives to make it challenging. Do you fucking morons even listen to yourselves? It can’t be because I’ve got a wife and daughters and taught this shit for a living. Oh no. It’s got to be this goofy ass backwards narrative you just made up. But if they were smart enough to work without a script they wouldn’t be liberals."
Comment: "As a woman this truism has never led me astray: "The left always thinks the worst of men, because they ARE the worst of men.""

Nicole Prause on X - "New study: interviewed 302 adults. Of those, more women enjoyed aggression in porn, aroused by portrayal of female pain, and reported wanting to see more aggression. Not representative, but indicative?"
The power of internalised patriarchy. Time to ban porn to protect women.

STUNNER on X - "This is what happened after 50/50 child custody laws were passed: divorce rates went down. this is proof that men are not the ones abandoning their children. The law did not prevent women from co-parenting or divorcing their partners…it only established shared parenting. After that, divorce rates decreased.  From this perspective women are using the kids to leave their marriages and then go  become single parents, while blaming men for abandoning their kids."

Brian Atlas on X - "The main reason people think feminists hate men is because feminists keep mentioning their hatred of men."

My school is tracking our menstrual cycles
My school is tracking our periods. So basically my school is an islamic school where we are forced to pray in the mosque at our school. The teachers check the bathrooms to make sure students aren't skipping prayer. And if you are on your menstrual cycle, you have to go to what's called girls room in my school You go there and there's a teacher who ticks your name off on an Excel sheet that every teacher has access to. If your period exceeds 9 days they drag you to the mosque and call your parents. It's frustrating how they have to know our menstrual cycles. And they do this from year 3 or when you get your first period. I find it so invasive. But I'm not sure if I can do anything because I'm not sure if they're allowed to do this or not. Can anyone let me know?"

Thread by @LastModernMan on Thread Reader App – Thread Reader App - ""Men have been abusive for generations, and women refuse to tolerate it anymore"  This is what modern women believe  Here's the actual truth behind it all  (proceed at your own risk)
Women have always been a "protected" class - since the dawn of human history.  Only half of men went on to reproduce - meaning our species is a result of twice as many female ancestors in comparison to male ones Roughly 20-25% of all men in human history died in war - fighting to protect their nations, and allowing their women to enjoy the privileges that they have today.  Women who are now free of the "oppressive" cultures that they so adamantly vote to allow in today. During female suffrage, and the first feminist movements - it was not the majority of women who supported them  In fact, leaders of those movements had to forbid women from voting in them, because women did NOT want to become slaves to the modern day work force like men. Women did NOT want to accumulate debt or be financially responsible for funding their own lifestyles  They were a "protected" class that were supported by the men they were with; and given the tools and safe environment to raise children in. Women of the past were statistically more happy, mentally stable - and were NOT brainwashed by marxist institutions like modern day universities into the idea that having a family and giving birth to children was "oppression" Almost all of modern day feminist literature has been found to be historically inaccurate - full of inconsistencies and written with a clear untrue political narrative  That narrative is anti family, anti child birth, pro abortion Surprisingly - it was men who voted WITH the female suffrage/feminist movement to give women the right to vote. Many women refused.  Historically there was only around a 10 year difference between men having the right to vote and women having the right to vote Most men did NOT have the privilege of voting either - men instead routinely sacrificed themselves for family/women/children.  This idea that men were cheating, drinking, and beating their wives is a lie propagated to push anti family (feminist) rhetoric The truth is - men loved women, and loved their family. Even today - men's primary voting concerns are family and children.  Women's voting concerns have become open borders, DEI, rainbows, abortion; leading to the destruction of western civilization Women of the past - and women in third world countries with traditional values are statistically happier than their female western counterparts.  The reason for this is because women are allowed to step into their feminine nature fully as a protected class. This is in line with their evolutionary biology and godly design.  Their bodies were NOT designed to grind out in the work force like men - their cycles are proof of that.  They were designed to be protected, taken care of, and to give birth to future generations. Modern women of today are working 9-5's, miserable, overweight, depressed (1/3 are on an SSRI), boss babing themselves into their genetic end.  They have been convinced that promiscuity is empowerment,  That submitting to a boss at work is empowerment Modern women of today have not only been lied to about the past - but they have been lied to about themselves.  The state has utilized them for cheap labour, wage stagnation, destruction of the family unit - and essentially sterilization/collapsing birth rates. Looking at historical events (e.g, titanic) even the rich men sacrificed themselves for lower class women.  Men were always the expendable sex, women were always the protected sex.  More men supported giving women the right to vote than women themselves did (at the time). Women lived longer lives and were taken care of/protected by men throughout human history  Women always made the majority of spending decisions - even when not making the money  They were homemakers, caretakers, mothers - and empowered in the household. Women in comparison today are drying up their eggs chasing the bag - labelling that as "being strong and independent" and never finding fulfillment/satisfaction.  This "oppression" narrative is untrue and needs to come to an end Don't believe me? The studies are conclusive.  Women of today despite enjoying all the privileges of today, are more unhappy than ever before.  1/3 are on an SSRI 1/2 on the leftist side are diagnosed with a mental illness Over half of them are overweight They would be more happy at home raising children, not in the work force, and given the privilege and freedom to be mothers while being empowered in the household.  This provides the best environment for children.  History proves that. Traditional countries prove that. God and biology prove that."

Labour has just revealed what it thinks about women, and it's not pretty - "Have you ever wondered what the Labour Party think about women? On Wednesday, to celebrate the forthcoming International Women’s Day, they let us know by unveiling new guidelines to “ensure women can thrive at work.”  So, what is stopping us thriving? Is it this Government’s constant efforts to increase the cost of hiring us? Or maybe the decision to freeze student loan thresholds so that we face marginal tax increases which punish promotion.  No, according to Bridget Phillipson, the women and equalities minister, the problem is that job adverts frequently make use of “masculine stereotypes.”... The Government has decided that words like “competitive” or “dominant” will “lead women to assume those roles are in male-dominated areas and they may not fit in.” If a job requires candidates to be “reliable”, according to Labour, women and those from “ethnic minority groups” will not apply. Employers are encouraged to “verify language is neutral” by searching online for “gendered language bias tools.”  I took a quick look at one of these tools and was promptly warned that “ambitious”, “driven”, “decisive”, “independent”, “logical” and “objective” are all “masculine-coded” words which should be avoided in job adverts.  Of course, in their own document, the Government do admit that “there is no known evidence of a direct effect on applicant rates” when companies use so-called “masculine” words, but that hasn’t stopped them deciding that we women simply can’t possibly be asked to “lead” or be “self-reliant” (both masculine-coded I’m afraid) in the workplace. And it doesn’t stop there. Employers should also “appoint diversity leads and/or diversity taskforces” and “reduce long lists of ‘must haves’ to make jobs more appealing.” All employers of 250 people or more will be required from next year to publish “action plans” explaining how they are using this advice to tackle their “gender pay gap”. It barely merits pointing out this is patronising nonsense. In Britain women make up 57 per cent of university students. We make up the majority of employees in the civil service, NHS, and law firms. Young women aged 16 to 24 in full-time work are now earning an average of £2,200 more a year than men in the same age bracket. It is of course true that historically women have faced adversity in the workplace. But this is no longer the case. Diversity schemes, like that run by the Financial Conduct Authority, have almost certainly biased many workplaces against hiring men. The remaining discrepancies in pay can be explained by a few things (none of which, shockingly, have anything to do with scary job adverts): childcare in this country is still overregulated and prohibitively expensive, some women choose to work fewer hours or not at all after having children – a choice we should respect and value, and men are more likely to pursue careers in industries like construction, technology and engineering which may pay higher dividends down the line.  But of course, Labour don’t understand this. Perhaps because not a single person in their Cabinet has any real-world business experience. Or maybe, they really do believe that we’re this pathetic. The ultimate example of the soft bigotry of low expectations."
