I use to send my LDR gifts but he had to pay fees just to pick them up, it became ridiculous- because the items ended up costing 3 times their value with shipping and then those pick up fees. I also will just add there are users everywhere. You could easily meet a local guy and he start mooching off you saying he will pay you back and then he doesn't.
