Facebook - "We know that fewer students in the US choose to major in humanities -  but when you see this visualized, its very dramatic. The decrease in numbers of students from 2010 to 2020: History, English, Religion - around 50%; Languages and Literature - around 40%; Philosophy and Area Studies - around 30%."
And this coincides with grievance studies taking over

James Wood on Twitter - "Thinking about how the terms often used to praise academic work (pioneering, ground-breaking, path-breaking, field-defining) seem steeped in the language of settler colonialism and ecological destruction. Are there alternates to this kind of language?"
The quest for "inclusive language" is based on virtue signalling and will never end

ELIJAH SCHAFFER on Twitter - "Gays are celebrated for a full month while veterans only get one day Something needs to change
My mistake, thanks to the blue check marks edubacating me on this issue, I now realize that telling your parents you like having anal sex with da bros is braver than sacrificing your life for the country
"I agree. The queer community should also get discounts and have every dork on earth thank them everywhere they go"

Atomic Denny on Twitter - "I’ll NEVER forgot when a boy in my high school chemistry class told me “You’ll never work at NASA” and laughed at me. That was the day I decided to become an engineer."
"You owe him a thank you, bullies guide our future. Always remember to bully"

Meme - "New ideology just dropped. Proud of both my Muslim and Southern Heritage."

Darryl Pellerin on Twitter - "The merger of corporate & state power is a prime indicator of fascism So why do I observe “progressives” overwhelmingly becoming defenders of Big Media, Big Tech, Big Pharma & Big State. These lay the very basis of Big Brother itself #Orwell1984 #BigTechCensorship"

Gad Saad - Posts | Facebook - "I have never thought that I'm the first at anything based on my ethnic, racial, or religious identity.  I have never celebrated someone's "first mover" success because they happen to share my ethnic, racial, or religious identity.  It is so grotesque and contrary to the spirit of individual dignity to see the orgiastic display of identity politics that has gripped the zeitgeist. EVERY story is about the first [fill-in the BS tribal membership] to do something. Well, I'm the FIRST Lebanese Jew to have pioneered the field of evolutionary consumption. I'm also the FIRST Lebanese Jew to have contributed to the field of evolutionary psychology.  I'm also the FIRST Lebanese Jew to be a globally known professor.  I'm also the best Lebanese Jewish soccer player of all-time.  I'm also the FIRST Lebanese Jew to be married to my wife. I'm also the FIRST Lebanese Jew to hold a university-wide chaired professorship at my university.  I'm also the FIRST Lebanese Jewish war refugee to have authored 75+ scientific publications and four books.  OR, I am Gad Saad with all of my qualities and faults. Identity politics is truly and sincerely a cancer to the human spirit.  It strips us of the richness of our personhood and lumps us into politically correct digestible little boxes.  Reject this disease.  Cure yourself of it by honoring your individuality void of tribal shackles."

James Lindsay - Posts | Facebook - "I suspect a lot of the reason so many academic temperament types turn to Marxism and other Marxian ideologies is that they're simultaneously not good at making money, smarter than average, and suckers for theoretical constructs that "would work" if only people were smarter. I don't think a lot of people realize how much resentment gets boiled up in people who are smart but too impractical to know how to make money, especially when they see "dumb" people making more money. Overproducing these bourgeois types is very dangerous to any society. Wokeness isn't Marxism, but it's a Marxian ideological worldview, and it's great for smart, bourgeois people to gain status and influence even where they can't make money. It's very geared toward exactly that kind of striver who is otherwise economically displaced right now. The problem with this educated bourgeois overproduction is that these smart incompetents are extremely likely to blame systems rather than themselves for being bad at making money compared to their more practical and socially competent peers, plus, they get "expert entitlement." Social theories that require being sorta smart but not really insightful (midwit stuff) like Wokeness, Critical Theory, Marxism, etc, are very attractive to this kind of person who can gain status and influence by rattling off theoretical nonsense (about problematics). More importantly, these "systemic"-based social theories allow for the externalizing of blame, responsibility, and locus of control, which is psychologically necessary to people who can't countenance the fact that smart ≠ valuable or competent in a real economy."

Walls erected outside Academy Awards to protect the Hollywood elite - "Security fencing was erected around the perimeter of Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles on Sunday to provide protection for the Hollywood elite and their Academy Award ceremony. The red carpet, and the dazzling celebs who walked it, were well secured from the general public... Union Station is typically home to a high-population of homeless people. Yet the City of Los Angeles forced those city dwellers to move from their temporary digs in order to make room for the Oscars. The city moved the homeless under the alleged threat of destroying their belongings if they failed to comply.  Police amply protected the celebs who stood on stage in designer gowns and suits to decry American law enforcement. On tall heels and with resounding voices, actors and artists used their platform to speak against the very institution that was protecting them from the greater homelessness of LA. Of those who spoke about police, Tyler Perry was the only one with kind words, saying "I refuse to hate someone for being a police officer.""
Walls work and the police are good after all, it seems

Perma Banned - Posts | Facebook - "LA's homeless reportedly booted from encampment before Oscars ceremony"
"-Be woke Oscars talking about equity and tolerance and social justice
-Shoos away homeless because they are too low class and an eyesore for the guests
Absolute California moment"

Where’s the Woke? All 45 Oscar Winners Ignore Los Angeles Homeless Crisis as They Celebrate Awards - "The Hollywood elites chose the downtown venue, an Art Deco landmark in a part of the city that has slowly been overrun by the desperately poor. A short distance from Skid Row, and barely a block from the sidewalks where thousands of people have set up camp, the celebrities set up their red carpets, rolled up in their Escalades, and walked the red carpet in their couture gowns and suits en route to a self-congratulatory woke fest that was the lowest-rated and least-watched Oscars — ever. They did this at the epicenter of one of the worst homelessness crises in the United States"

Protest mob who forced release of immigrants from van in Glasgow 'selfish', says police chief - "Protesters who forced the release of two Indian men from Home Office detention in Glasgow were “selfish”, a senior police officer has said.  Assistant Chief Constable Gary Ritchie compared demonstrators who surrounded an immigration enforcement van for several hours to Rangers fans who rampaged through Glasgow city centre at the weekend.  Both groups, as well those taking part in a pro-Palestinian rally in George Square on Sunday, had put others at risk by flouting Covid restrictions... Nicola Sturgeon was among several politicians who sided with the crowd, which Home Office sources described as a “mob” who had blocked the lawful removal of people living in the UK illegally...   Ms Sturgeon attacked the Home Office for acting “in the heart of a Muslim community as they celebreated Eid”, although it later transpired that the detained men, Sumit Sehdev and Lakhvir Singh, were Sikhs."
Once again, the left don't care about covid when it suits them

Meme - "White Silence is Violence."
"Ok, I'll Speak Up."
"It's not the time for White Voices."

Meme - "No offense intended, but I've always considered soccer to be a slave sport. One you allow slaves to play. You're not allowed to use your hands. You run lot. You have barely defined support options from fellow team members. Almost all handoffs are done long distance. All things you would want slaves to get used to: Do not raise your hands against your masters. Run to your next task. Do not gather in groups (prevents uprisings). Pick up materials left by previous shift and work it. Slave teachings. American baseball teaches how to throw grenades. American football teaches squad tactics and the application of brute strength. American basketball teaches hand coordination, extreme teamwork and extreme targeting. All of those are abilities only Freemen should know."

Thread by @RubinReport on Thread Reader App – Thread Reader App - "Thread: I’ve come to the conclusion that the collapse we’re in now is the inevitable end of what purely secular liberalism looks like. (A sad reality as someone who wrote a book defending liberalism.) The tolerance baked into liberalism is what let Wokeism into the system. The soft underbelly of that tolerance, and a belief that logic and reason can solve all, are the perfect breeding ground for bad ideas like Wokeism to pop up and breed. And secular liberals, without a bedrock truth other than their own minds, have no defense against this.
Our Founders understood this which is why the Constitution didn’t grant us rights, it protected them. Rights are god given, not man given. Logic needs something eternal beneath it as foundation. This is a point @yhazony @benshapiro @DennisPrager @jordanbpeterson have made often.
Liberals not only have no defense now, but they actively are destroying their own businesses, families and institutions by pretending that Wokeism can be rationalized with and defeated. The point of Wokeism is to be anti-human and anti-Individual. And it will spare no one."

Facebook - "If difference in outcome is proof of systematic discrimination as some activists suggest, shouldn't we be fighting systematic discrimination of Asians in American pro-sports?  The answer is no, because the premise is just wrong. And shoutout to Gad Saad for the amazing riposte. If there was a Hall of Fame for rebuttal tweets, this one would more than qualify."

DEFUND & ABOLISH POLICE, REFUND OUR COMMUNITIES on Twitter - "There is an enormous amount of racial undertones to this entire convo about Brady being the best athlete of all time in a way that willfully ignores Black athletes past & present as well as the ongoing systemic discrimination against Black athletes in the QB position."
Gad Saad on Twitter - "Absolutely. Great black athletes have been completely ignored. It’s only because of my attending an immersive BLM seminar that I heard of Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Emmitt Smith, Kobe Bryant, Jerry Rice, and the other 13 trillion top black athletes."

Activists Fight Racism By Driving All People Of Color Out Of Pop Culture | The Babylon Bee - ""Anywhere we see a person of color, we see racism. So we must end racism by making sure people of color are not depicted anywhere," said white liberal activist Petunia Faucett. "We will not rest until all pop culture icons of color are eliminated. Then, racism will be over."... "We must be vigilant to hunt down people of color on butter tubs, syrup bottles, cartoons, and bags of rice, and take them out of the public consciousness.""

Men need to step up and be part of conversations on gender equality: Shanmugam - "men make up only 25 per cent of participants in dialogue sessions on women’s issues that the Government has been organising... Ms He advocated for the need to have anti-discrimination legislations, especially in workplaces.  She said that pregnant women do get comments from employers who say they cannot promote them because they are stopping work for a few months during their maternity leave.  “Having an anti-discrimination legislation to mandate that employers have a structure in place to protect women, I think that is something that is long overdue and we should seriously look into that,” she said."
Maybe men aren't stepping up because feminists tell them to shut up and it down
So much for feminists' claim that they want equal pay for equal work. Turns out they want more pay (a promotion) for less work

Dhevarajan Devadas on Twitter - "Mr Subhas Nair's characterisation of me as some sort of race traitor (based on the African American phrase "Not All Skinfolk are Kinfolk") is highly offensive. My ethnic identity & ties aren't conditional on me endorsing his ideological stances."

John on Twitter - "idk what coming-of-age queer kid needs to hear this but please don’t start smoking cigarettes"
"Counterpoint: tobacco is indigenous to the US and smoking it gives you meaningful connections to the land and the people that come from it (my main issue with tobacco is how it has been commodified by large corporations)"
"White people think they can dictate queer indigenous kids what to do. Tobacco is an indigenous herb and a cultural heritage of the Native people. Telling indigenous queer kids not to smoke is utterly transphobic, racist, and is rooted in colonialism, white supremacy, white saviour syndrome, power tripping, and capitalism. Tobacco is vegan btw, so no wonder they are against use of herbs for therapeutic, spiritual and healing purposes."

Star Wars Movie Scores Reveal Why You Should Ignore Rotten Tomatoes - "In a 2017 study by psychologist Dr Pascal Wallisch of New York University, almost 3000 individuals rated over 200 movies, with each person's ratings being compared against scores from other people, or against professional critics and websites such as Rotten Tomatoes that aggregate reviews. Besides showing that our taste in movies is highly idiosyncratic (very personal), the research showed that we only agree with film critics in about 3% of cases on average... The disparity between Tomatometer ratings and Audience Score appears to have gotten larger over time (note that the original Star Wars trilogy, episodes IV to VI, was released before the prequel films). The biggest differences are for the final two movies, which raises an interesting question: Are critics becoming increasingly out-of-touch with audiences?  Pascal Wallisch believes that views are now influenced by issues such as social justice. "The audience still just wants to be entertained whereas in this hyper-polarized age, the critics have to show that they are on the side of the good guys by having all the correct political opinions, so they probably agree with each other more, but with the general public less," he says. "Of course, this undermines the very purpose of a critic from the perspective of regular people - it's a good sign, in terms of predictiveness, if critics and audience agree, but this seems to happen less and less."  While there's no published research on whether any gap between the two groups is growing wider, the Rotten Tomatoes scores for the Skywalker saga indicate it may be true and warrants further investigation. In the meantime, to predict if you might like a film, ignore Tomatometer ratings and check IMDb instead. According to Wallisch's study, IMDb's User Rating is a more reliable predictor of whether the average person will enjoy a movie"

Meme - Wren Revised: "Emily Smith I've forwarded your racist ideology to your employer see how they feel about a racist caring for people. You shouldn't work in hospitals."
Emily Smith: "and black people are still being sold as slaves in Libya but blm right"

Ocharlyie's Rhymes from the Niger: A Collection of Nursery Rhymes for the Nigerian Child
"Was attacked by a bunch of idiots because I asked if this book was a good book to get for my cousin's daughter since she's beyond obsessed with learning about Africa and it's people 😑.  Was called a racist pos and all types of other stuff. Wouldn't they be racist for not comprehending it right?."

Facebook - "BECAUSE BLACK LIVES MATTERED. Approximately 620,000 white soldiers died in the civil war in order to obtain freedom for the black slaves. The average age of the soldiers was 25 years. This does not include the Medics, both men and women. In retaliation AGAINST slavery the Republican party was born. Many of our black brothers died also fighting to free the nation of slavery, approximately 180,000.  PLEASE STOP TELLING ME TO REPENT. The blood of our fathers is reparation enough."

Free Black Thought on Twitter - "Hear me clearly: America is not a racist country."
"The heartbeat of racism is denial. We can hear the heartbeat clearly."
"The heartbeat of antiracism is the Kafkatrap."

Meme - kav/al the hijra|i kat: "if you are antitheism or support antitheism do not interact. i'm serious, DO NOT INTERACT WITH ME"
$GME $AMC $EXPR: "What does it matter if someone is atheist or antitheist? As long as they let you believe what you believe. Someone could be anti-atheism and it wouldn't bother me unless they acted upon it."
Robin lahtee torille: "antitheism is based in colonialism and racism. just because christianity can be shitty doesnt mean all religions breed shitty behavior"

Meme - kinkshaming isn't oppression: Sophia Dunn-Walker: "I'm a queer bisexual woman and I think of both my gender and sexuality as fluid. One of the things I like so much about being with women is that I feel like it's a truly equal partnership, whereas cis straight men always try to exert dominance over me. It's so exhausting hearing people compare kinkshaming to homophobia because it's not the same thing at all. Abusing marginalized and vulnerable communities shouldn't be celebrated, but kink people want it to be."
Hailey Mullen: "Hi, please edit your post to remove the phrase "queer people" and change it to "LGBT people"! You referring to yourself as queer is allowed but do not label the entire community with a slur that was used violently during the same time period you're referencing (and still to this day). Reclamation is personal and queer is not to be used as a blanket term despite its popularization. It still negatively affects many LGBT people including myself."

Facebook - "The teacher admonishes one of the kids in my son’s grade 3 class about the following: It is apparently “extremely racist” for a kid to say that tacos come from Mexico.  These are the fascists teaching our children.  Get involved."

NETFLIX VIKINGS VALHALLA: Cast Revealed - What We Know So Far : Norse - "Caroline Henderson as Jarl Haakon..." "By assimilating these historical figures into "diversity culture" you're making it seem as though POC do not have historical figures or culture of their own to be proud of. HAAKON was a real man, with real decendents who are alive today. This shit is stupid."
"Racist attack on Scandinavian history."
"They’re doing this everywhere to cause division. Because they know people will see it, and point it out, then the fighting starts. They’re also confusing people, because there are a helluva lot of people who actually believe the Vikings were Black People now."
There's only a "responsibility" to be "true to history" when it advances the liberal agenda
Only whitewashing is bad. Blackwashing is good. And if you object you're racist. Ditto for genderswapping

Meme - "Got my first email with the subject line "fuck you." It was from a student. Just wanted someone else to know."
"I am disturbed by the # of educators interpreting curse words as threatening/ violent. This is affluent WASP culture (bias) telling you rage/language expression = dangerous. This analysis also lacks appreciation of the power dynamic here, or any trauma- informed perspective."
If a student murders a teacher, that is "punching up" and so is a good thing

Seattle school cancels Halloween parade because it 'marginalizes students of color' - "The decision to cancel the Pumpkin Parade, where students can dress up in Halloween costumes, came from the Racial Equity Team at Benjamin Franklin Day Elementary School after five years of discussion...   The school informed parents of the cancellation in an Oct. 8 newsletter and asked that they not let their children dress up in costumes this year. The newsletter explained that costume parties can be uncomfortable for many children who can’t afford one and that loud noise levels and crowds can also be upsetting for kids... David Malkin, whose 7-year-old son attends B.F. Day, called the decision an “exercise in affluent white vanity that is wokeism.”  “I don’t see any way in which this actually addresses any inequities to the extent that there are any inequities,” Malkin told Rantz on his show Monday. “You know, this just seems like grandstanding on behalf of the principal and the staff who are predominantly white.”  Malkin, who is Asian, said parents weren’t involved in the decision.  “I’m sure they don’t want to hear from anyone of any race or ethnicity that doesn’t really want to go along with them in lockstep”"

Michigan schools cancel Halloween, Valentine’s Day over inclusivity concerns - "The East Lansing Public Schools elementary principals cited families who do not celebrate Halloween as one of the primary reasons, as well as the children’s excitement over the spooky holiday making it difficult to learn.   As for Valentine’s Day, administrators stated that some families and students are uncomfortable with students celebrating “love.”"

Harry Styles really just mocked Candace Owens by posting a pic of himself eating a banana. Imagine if a famous conservative did that to a black liberal! - "Wokesites across the internet are not only NOT calling Styles out for his clearly racially inappropriate photo — bananas have been used to mock black people forever, which all of them (and Styles) obviously know — they're instead clapping like seals and hailing the picture as "cheeky, cheeky" and an epic "clap back" and a "mic drop."  They're insisting the banana is meant to symbolize a weenie, obviously."

F(18) with a really embarrassing kink : DirtyConfession - "I have a kink I’m embarrassed about. In real life I’m a leftist. I support BLM, I’m a socialist, ACAB, etc. But I’ve recently developed a kink for being fucked by far right republicans.. the super rough, misogynistic sex sounds amazing 😍. I think it goes on with my life-ruining kink, I want them to force me to be a MAGA slut... I know it’s weird and I truly am a leftist, but god it sounds so hot... if you’re interested please message me..."
Comments: "Wholesome  I totally relate to this. I’ve been a leftist pretty much my entire life, but recently really beefy misogynistic dudes make me weak in my knees. I just know that they’d treat me like a total slut and I love it lmao!"
"It's almost like women are naturally attracted to physically strong, self-confident, hard-working, and successful men. Something that's not very common among leftist "men""
"This is awesome because I’m a Trump voter who has a thing for hate-fucking leftists."
"Yeah, what leftist women SAY they want (sensitive leftist men) and what they secretly ACTUALLY want (strong, confident, conservative men) are two completely different things. This whole thread is proof of that."
"When you say "far-right misogynist," what you really mean is a dude who calls you "sweetheart," pays for your dates, and asks for a sandwich and a cold beer while he watches the game.  In other words, a regular dude.  Leftist women like you are too used to being around low-T male feminists who drink soy, have noodly arms, and wet the bed while living mom's basement with a gallon tub of blister cream and a wrist brace.  It's almost like women are attracted to men with physical strength and self confidence."
"Me and my dirty mind:

Conservative Guy: Oh yeah. You like that, you commie whore?
OP: Yeah. Talk dirty to me.
CG: We're gonna build a wall, and Mexico's gonna pay for it.
OP: OH GOD! YES, YES YEEESSS!!!"

Thank you for your service, now start respecting the Constitution - "the U.S. military learned what happens when you fail to exercise Twitter discipline.  The military's social media outburst was a response to Fox News host Tucker Carlson who declared "the U.S. military exists to fight and win wars" but that the commander-in-chief's priority is "identity politics." Carlson sounded dubious about "maternity flight suits" and Pentagon-funded sex-change operations, and that's all it took...  The pile-on was an all-hands effort, from the flacks in the II Marine Expeditionary Force (II MEF) public affairs office, to Gen. Paul Funk II, the four-star commander of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, and retired Rear Adm. John Kirby, the Pentagon spokesman. In the mix was a gaggle of senior NCOs and officers scandalized that a civilian who "never served" had criticized the military, and ready to remind us "diversity is our strength."  Given the military's record in Iraq and Afghanistan, the commanders aren't anxious to explain why diversity couldn't save the U.S. from the $6.4 trillion cost of the "post-9/11 wars in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Syria, and elsewhere" at the hands of some non-diverse opponents. Civilians counterattacked, and the military surrendered: Apologies were rendered, tweets were deleted, and the II MEF flacks lamented "We've strayed away from our brand."... a Twitter-inclined military didn't arise spontaneously. The rank and file is following the example of retired generals and admirals who made speeches at political conventions, publicly criticized the president, and in one case called for President Trump's removal from office "the sooner, the better." If that's how the most successful officers act, it's only a matter of time before their juniors pattern that behavior towards other institutions like the media, or any civilian exercising his First Amendment rights. To highlight this military attitude, this week members of Guam's National Guard participated in a political stunt when they marched to the office of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.). Why? She sinned against geography by referring to Guam, a U.S. territory, as a "foreign land." This behavior may be the surface manifestation of a deeper problem.  The Texas National Security Review polled midgrade to senior officers and West Point cadets between 2017 and 2020 regarding their political views, their sacrifices, and their pride in service. It confirmed that "servicemembers are increasingly isolated and have a growing sense of exceptionalism." Alarmingly, it found that junior officers and military academy cadets - the future of the military - are more likely than their seniors to feel that those without military experience should not criticize the services. And the public may be onto it. A recent poll by the Ronald Reagan Institute found public confidence in the military has dropped precipitously in the last two years. The institute's February 2021 poll found about 56 percent of Americans surveyed said they have "a great deal of trust and confidence" in the military, down from 70 percent in 2018.  The public is likely reacting to many issues: the "forever wars," politicized officers, procurement debacles like the F-35 fighter aircraft, the chronic violence at Fort Hood, the Navy's Fat Leonard scandal, and the presence of twice as many troops on Capitol Hill as in Afghanistan. But the Pentagon can start to turn the tide with the public if it stops complaining about "systemic racism" and focuses on the military's obligations under the Constitution, such as civilian control of the military, respect for freedom of speech, and not interfering with civilian institutions, like the media. Here's a peek at the future: Recently, a U.S. Navy task force recommended all sailors pledge to "acknowledge all lived experiences and intersectional identities." Last year, Russia opened the Cathedral of the Armed Forces, which has floors made from melted down Nazi tanks.  Which side do you think is getting ready to fight?"

National Archives now has 'harmful content' warning for US Constitution, all other documents

Imperial College London ditches Latin motto from logo over British Empire links - "I  mperial College London has dropped a 112-year-old Latin motto from its emblem after students complained about its links to colonialism.  The university, recently ranked eighth in a worldwide league table, said the move would help “support a diverse and inclusive community”... The motto, which featured on a ribbon beneath the university crest since 1908, read “scientia imperii decus et tutamen”, commonly translated as “scientific knowledge, the crowning glory and the safeguard of the empire”... Last year, Bristol hired Professor Olivette Otele, a slavery expert, to assess whether it needs to apologise for its links to the British Empire... Liverpool University prompted criticism last week for agreeing to abandon William Gladstone, the four-time British Prime Minister, as the name for a halls of residence after students complained about his father’s links to slave-holding. "

Rupa Subramanya: No, Jagmeet, Canada is not a racist country. It's one of the most tolerant places on earth - "By any metric, Canada is one of the most tolerant countries on the planet, and one which I am proud to call home. The 2020 World Values Survey places Canada amongst the most racially tolerant countries in the world, with less than five per cent of those surveyed saying that they would not want to have “people of another race” as their neighbours.  I first experienced racism, not in Canada, but in India and the Middle East, two places where I grew up. I was routinely denigrated by some Indians for having darker skin and by some Arabs for being Indian, dark skinned and not a Muslim. These prejudices can be vicious. The truth is that many people of colour who immigrate to Canada are “racialized” long before they arrive here.  That racism can, and does, exist between people of colour is a reality that’s entirely missing from the discourse on race in Canada, where it’s assumed to be perpetrated solely by old stock white Canadians, with people of colour as their victims. An honest conversation about racism in Canada must acknowledge these complexities, especially given demographic changes driven by large-scale immigration from non-Western countries. There is ample anecdotal evidence that some immigrants bring the baggage of religion, caste, skin complexion and social class, to say nothing of traditional patriarchal norms that discriminate against women. Such cultural baggage can fuel intolerance operating on many different dimensions simultaneously.  For example, in the United States, there have been allegations of bias against “lower caste” employees in Silicon Valley tech companies that are dominated by “upper caste” Indo-Americans, some of which are being litigated in court. This has led some civil rights groups to petition the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a federal government agency, to recognize caste-based discrimination as being equivalent to racial discrimination. We’re not even having such conversations in Canada, perhaps because the culture of political correctness and the woke creed make it impossible to find any faults within any community other than that of old stock Canadians"
Is it racist to condemn "POC" for racism?
