Andrea Horwath on X - "#Hamont I was proud to stand with so many people from across our community at City Hall today and send a clear message: hate has no home in Hamilton. We know who we are and what we value - a diverse, welcoming community that stands up for one another. Thank you to the organizers and community organizations who brought people together today and continue the important work of building a city where everyone feels safe, respected and welcome. We stand together. We stand against hate. And we stand for Hamilton."
Jonathan Kay on X - "The mayor of a Canadian city went nuts because a bunch of conservatives had a conference"
Too bad they can't do anything about homelessness or drug addiction, because left wingers love those

Wiretap Media | Facebook - "💥Leaked email shows Hamilton Mayor Andrea Horwath sourced the discredited Anti-Hate Network to sabotage DomCon 2026 and the Dominion Society of Canada. On August 7, Mayor Andrea Horwath sent Hamilton venue owners a letter urging them to think twice about hosting DomCon 2026. She cited the Dominion Society’s own site — then pointed them to the Canadian Anti-Hate Network as the authoritative source they should “review.” The same CAHN that an Ottawa judge found “did in fact assist Antifa,” a group known for violence and now listed as a terrorist entity. CAHN has since had its funding removed by the Federal government after internal memos flagged partisan investigations, anti-Catholic bias, polarization, and false reporting. Yesterday, Inspector Darren Murphy told us Hamilton Police were not running CAHN’s line. Then he hung up when asked who ordered the venue hunt. The mayor already named the source. The letter is attached. More to come."

Legal warning issued to Hamilton mayor and police over efforts to shut down political conference - "The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms announces that lawyers funded by the Justice Centre have sent a warning letter to the City of Hamilton and Hamilton Police Service after the Mayor and local police used their public offices and influence in a series of efforts to prevent a political conference from taking place in the city. The Dominion Society of Canada plans to hold its DomCon conference in Hamilton on August 29, 2026. The Society describes itself as a non-partisan advocacy group promoting Canadian identity, heritage, nationalism, immigration reform, and “remigration.” Hamilton Mayor Andrea Horwath stated that the City would not rent any City-owned venues to the Dominion Society. She then took the additional step of writing to local businesses to pressure them not to provide a venue for the conference. This is not the first time Mayor Horwath has used her office to restrict a message she opposed. In August 2025, she directed that a billboard reading “Stop medical transitions for minors” be removed from City-leased property after calling the message “transphobic.” The group behind the billboard challenged the decision as a violation of freedom of expression. This time, efforts to prevent the political gathering extended beyond City Hall to Hamilton Police Service. Darren Murphy, Acting Inspector in the Chief’s Office, stated that “Dom Con is not welcome in Hamilton.” Police then issued an extraordinary news release encouraging venues not to rent to the Dominion Society and asking members of the public to report possible venue bookings to police. This move quickly drew criticism and ridicule online, with some Canadians dubbing the phone number a “snitch line” and questioning why police were asking the public to report the location of a political gathering despite police identifying no crime. The warning letter states that the City and Hamilton Police deliberately used government power and influence to stifle political expression because they disagreed with its message. It calls the City’s refusal to rent City-owned venues to the Dominion Society a direct infringement of freedom of expression. The letter warns Hamilton officials that similar government interference recently resulted in a finding of a Charter violation and more than $60,000 in damages. In Harvest Ministries International v. Proulx, the Quebec Superior Court found that Quebec’s former tourism minister violated freedom of expression when she ordered the cancellation of a government venue contract with a Christian organization because she disagreed with views associated with the event. The Court ordered more than $60,000 in compensatory and punitive damages"

Arday and the Church of England - "is it credible that not one of the seasoned teachers or academics who vetted him in the course of his career failed to see what is now so glaringly obvious—that the emperor was stark naked? I think not. I’d wager a modest fortune that some did see it, but knowing what it would cost them to say so, suppressed the thought and bit their tongues. Why? Lest they be accused of racism, their friends step away, and their careers suffer. There’s a warning in this sorry tale for the leadership of the Church of England. The Church Commissioners, including both archbishops, persist in their support for ‘Project Spire’, the policy of devoting £100 million to paying reparations for the church’s alleged profiting from transatlantic slavery. Reliable sources report that the decision to proceed with the project was made in the febrile wake of the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis in May 2020 and the consequent anti-racist, knee-bending panic. Apparently, only one of the Commissioners’ twenty-seven board members voiced an objection to it. Was that because all the others were convinced supporters? I don’t think so. So why didn’t the sceptics speak up? Could it have been because—as I’ve been told—they had reason to fear being branded as racist? My own ‘lived experience’ tells me that’s entirely plausible. Sometime during the covid epidemic—late 2021 or early 2022, I think—I was invited to join in a Zoom call to discuss the Church of England’s responsibility for making slavery-reparations. Of the four people present, three (including me) were white. The fourth was a black clergyman. Most of the meeting was taken up with him and me arguing. I remember pulling my punches, partly because my view of the historical and ethical nonsense of reparations was not as clear and firm as it is now. But mainly because I was aware how bad I would look, if I said what I honestly thought. In the current, emotionally manipulative climate, when claims of racial harassment are so easily made and readily believed, it’s very risky for a white person to speak up candidly to a black person about race and slavery. So, I tied my tongue. Since its public launch in January 2023, the wheels have come off the rationale for Project Spire. Richard Dale, an historian of international banking, has shown that the Commissioners misunderstood the data: the 18th century church fund, the Queen Anne’s Bounty, neither invested in nor profited from slave-trading. I, until recently holder of the Anglican world’s premier university chair in Christian ethics, have pointed out the astonishing failure of the Commissioners to publish any considered ethical justification. And Charles Wide, KC, has exposed their failure of due diligence in launching the project before discovering that it’s beyond their lawful powers to divert money from resourcing the Church of England’s ministry to supporting black-led businesses in the Caribbean and Africa. How have the Commissioners and the project’s officers responded? Mainly by retreating into a bunker and saying as little as possible, hoping no one will notice the fuss and the critics will tire and go away. But also by complaining that forensic questioning is a form of harassment and refusing to answer it. By indirectly threatening critics with litigation. By refusing to name them. And on one (aurally recorded) occasion, by publicly defaming them as deliberately spreading disinformation—that is, lying. Recently, Bishop Arun Arora, deputy-chair of the church’s Racial Justice Board and public champion of Project Spire, has gone to the desperate length of invoking in its defence the authority of none less than Alan Lester. ‘Desperate’, because Professor Lester, an historical geographer, is no expert on transatlantic slavery and, in my long experience of him, his rational mouth is more gum than teeth. I am a Christian convert. I’m an active member of the Church of England. I’m even an Anglican priest. I wish the leadership of my church no ill. But they’re stubbornly leading us into our very own Arday Affair, where the nakedness of Project Spire will be exposed for all to see and those responsible for stewarding the church’s assets will be called to public account. I know that the reputational costs of rowing back will be high, but the costs of rowing onward will be much, much higher. Commissioners—and bishops, clergy, and laity—who’ve been harbouring doubts and biting their tongues need to muster the courage, take the risk, and speak up now. Before it’s too late."

Switzerland: Muslim woman fined for wearing a burqa sees fine increased tenfold after appealing - "A Muslim woman who was fined 100 Swiss francs for wearing a burqa in a public place refused to accept the fine. She appealed the case, claiming that it was an expression of “Islamophobia”. But the outcome was the opposite of what she had hoped for. The court in St. Gallen increased the penalty to 1,000 Swiss francs (approximately NOK 12,500). The judge justified the harsher sentence on the grounds that the woman had shown a lack of respect for Swiss law and had deliberately violated the ban on numerous occasions... the Swiss authorities do not accept religious minorities placing themselves above the country’s laws. Several commentators point out that attempts to play the “Islamophobia card” in such cases often backfire."

Räsänen appeals ‘hate speech’ conviction to the European Court of Human Rights - "The Finnish parliamentarian Päivi Räsänen, who was criminally convicted by Finland’s Supreme Court for “hate speech” on the basis of a church pamphlet on sexuality from 2004 in which she described homosexuality as a psychosexual developmental disorder, appealed the judgment to the European Court of Human Rights... What ADF describes as “a landmark case for freedom of expression across Europe” thus continues a legal battle that Räsänen has fought since 2019, when she attracted the interest of the Finnish prosecution authorities after protesting against the Finnish Church’s participation in Pride, among other things by quoting a passage from the Epistle to the Romans in the Bible condemning homosexuality on Twitter."

Apartheid lives on in Britain, yet we turn a blind eye - "Nelson Mandela is one of the most celebrated of modern figures... Thank God we don’t live in a world like that any more. Thank God civilised nations — at least in the developed world — don’t carve people up into arbitrary groups, for differential treatment, as the Nazis once did. Thank God morality evolves. Except it isn’t true, is it? Apartheid still exists. It exists in America. Across Europe. It is arguably growing, affecting hundreds of thousands of people who live under its shadow. It is here in the UK, within our towns and cities, right under our noses. We see it. We feel it. And yet we do not name it, or robustly challenge it. Not really. I think this needs to change. This is not just theoretical to me, but personal. To give you a sense of what I mean, I could recount reports of Muslim women suffering under husbands whose dominance is encouraged by religious leaders; who require permission from sharia councils (almost entirely populated by men) to secure religious divorce while their husbands can cancel marriages unilaterally; who suffer on an atrocious scale — police in England and Wales recorded 2,949 honour-based crimes to the year ending March 2025, including 125 forced marriages and 109 female genital mutilation offences. I could tell you about women whose lives are hemmed in by “cultural norms” every bit as restricting as Mandela’s cell: instructed not to learn English, warned never to reveal their faces in public, pressured into marriages they don’t want, often to cousins. I could tell you even more, except that the religious identity of perpetrators and victims of crime are not routinely collected so we don’t fully grasp the scale of the problem. Most go unreported anyway. Every now and again a brave woman steps forward to paint a picture of the misery behind these numbers. Like the woman who spoke to the Southall Black Sisters charity of being punched so hard by her husband that pieces of her teeth broke off but who was blamed rather than supported by the local cleric. Like the woman of Kurdistani heritage who told parliament that marital rape had been encouraged by community arbitrators who regard sexual obedience to husbands as an Islamic duty. Like the woman who revealed that female testimony in many sharia tribunals counts for only half that of males. We don’t call this apartheid. We don’t march against it, at least not at anything like the scale of anti-apartheid marches in the Eighties. We don’t make banners or sing songs. But it is apartheid nonetheless. The Afrikaans word means “apartness” or “separateness”, a painfully apt description of the way too many British Muslim women live today, cut adrift by the patriarchs who control them and a society that celebrates the end of apartheid in South Africa while turning a blind eye to the same thing here. I mentioned a personal interest. This isn’t easy to discuss. My late father — who was born in India, grew up in Pakistan, and came to the UK to study law in the Sixties — was a wonderful man who I miss dearly. But he was raised in the misogynistic rubric of his culture’s version of Islam. Women were expected to obey, not decide; to subordinate their lives rather than to live them. It is perhaps impolitic to get into the details but I might just say that my mum — a white 16-year-old living in London when she met my father, 12 years older — showed infinite patience. Dad had converted to Christianity by then, but his cultural attitudes proved durable. How did the marriage survive? The answer is twofold: my mum saw the innate goodness of my father, and my father showed determination to integrate into the culture of his new home... there is a wonderful prize before us. It is the prize Mandela fought for in South Africa. It is about liberating women and girls from oppressive norms that have sharper teeth than any laws. It is about ending cousin marriage, the prime mechanism that knits these insular communities together and sequestrates them from wider society. It is about having the courage to ban face coverings in public, and thus show that we are proud to live in a western society, not a medieval one. This won’t be easy. It will be opposed by the Islamic patriarchs who control the bloc votes. It will be opposed by their representatives in parliament, the Gaza MPs, and Labour members with large Muslim communities. It will also be opposed by ultraprogressives in our institutions who called apartheid “evil” in South Africa when it was perpetrated by whites but a “cultural practice” in the UK when perpetrated by browns, without noticing the (grotesque) double standards, and who were complicit in the rape gang scandal because they were more concerned about not appearing “racist” than protecting the vulnerable. But perhaps this reveals the deepest truth of all. This is not just a fight for women and girls but for the soul of our nation. Mandela wrote that “to be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others”. That cannot stop at the boundaries of culture or community, colour or creed. If freedom is to mean anything, it must belong equally to everyone."

At the level of the national party, I'd say 1) categorical opposition to all immigration enforcement, 2) land acknowledgements and other anti-American rhetoric, 3) willingness to countenance explicit racial discrimination in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (and/or the 14th Amendment), and 4) various minor positions on trans issues. In terms of what people vote on, I'd say immigration and racial discrimination are much more important than land acknowledgements or trans issues. In terms of the actual future of the nation, I'd say that the ideology behind land acknowledgments -- which views America as a fundamentally illegitimate settler-colonialist entity whose dissolution is the only true path to historical and global justice -- is far more dangerous and damaging. At the local level, there is some extremism connected to the Palestine movement, which is both deeply antisemitic and deeply anti-American."

State-funded LGBTQ group hosted church parties ‘sexualising’ Catholicism - "A state-funded LGBTQ group that hosted “unholy nights” at an Australian church has been accused of sexualising and mocking Catholicism by the Archbishop of Sydney. Divine Playhouse turned the deconsecrated, 158-year-old St John the Evangelist Church into an arts space hosting parties that incorporated religious themes. Promotional materials featured crosses and promised confession, hymns, adoration and processions. Some who attended the opening night were dressed as nuns and choirboys, while performers dressed as pigs offered McDonald’s chips as “holy communion”. Anthony Fisher, the Archbishop of Sydney, said the group carried out the “deliberate appropriation and, in our view, sexualisation and denigration of symbols, language and rituals that are sacred to Catholics”. Divine Playhouse received a grant of 100,000 Australian dollars (£53,000) from the New South Wales (NSW) government. The Archbishop called on the NSW government to withdraw the grant... the Archbishop said he recognised the “right to freedom of artistic expression” but said he was “deeply concerned that the government is financially supporting productions that mock, degrade or deliberately provoke the Catholic community”. He added: “The government cannot credibly call for religious tolerance and social cohesion, while quietly funding intolerance and division based on religious belief.” John Graham, the NSW arts minister, said: “I don’t really support people mocking each other, but the idea that the government is going to say ‘yes’ and ‘no’ to who’s performing on stage is not a principle that we accept. “It’s up to companies to determine what they’re performing, and we’ll be continuing that approach.” He added that the money given to support Divine Playhouse could not be withdrawn because it had been spent setting up the original venue, before the promoters were evicted, and funding for MCA would continue."

Want to reliably bring justice to a Black person? Jury of Whites. This system is becoming so broken we might have to replace it like Singapore did.
And it's not every group contributing to this. In the plot above, you can see that Whites have no average racial bias and Blacks have considerable racial bias. It's a similar situation with women, although worse because men and women are both biased in their favor.
Lee Kuan Yew abolished trial by jury in 1969 because he noticed cases were being decided on the basis of identity: Malays let Malays off the hook. Muslims let Muslims off the hook. Singapore would have no justice with its multiethnic juries, so he moved to bench trials.
This isn't a joyful conclusion. The notion of a trial by a jury of your peers is a nice one. It's just not clear it's feasible when some groups are identity-obsessed. I don't see an obvious way to fix modern American trial by jury."

3. We do see, however, several Muslim rulers forbidding conversion to Islam because too many converts would destroy the tax base. The Islamic governments needed the dhimmis to provide those governments' income.

Links - 4th October 2026 (2 - Covid-19 & Fauci Diary)

Merritt Thomas on X - "Diary of a Mad White Doctor
The main accusations against Dr. Anthony Fauci center on the origins of COVID-19, federal research funding, and allegedly misleading statements: covering up the lab-leak theory, funding risky gain-of-function research in Wuhan, and lying to Congress.
Origins of COVID-19 and Lab Leak Cover-Up:
•Suppression of alternative theories: Critics, led by Senator Rand Paul, accuse Fauci of publicly dismissing the possibility that COVID-19 leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology while privately acknowledging or discussing lab-leak scenarios.
•Contradictory private notes: Accusers claim that personal diary entries and notes written by Fauci during the early weeks of the pandemic show a disconnect between his private caution regarding the virus's emergence and his definitive public statements supporting natural animal spillover.
Gain-of-Function Research Funding:
•Financing risky science: Lawmakers allege that the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), under Fauci's leadership, improperly funneled American tax dollars through organizations like EcoHealth Alliance to support dangerous gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab.
•Perjury and misleading Congress: Critics contend that Fauci lied under oath during congressional hearings by denying that his agency funded gain-of-function experiments in China. Fauci has consistently maintained that the work funded did not meet the formal federal regulatory definition of gain-of-function and that it was molecularly impossible for those specific bat viruses to have caused the pandemic.
Pandemic Policy and Mandates:
•Flawed public health directives: Republican congressional panels have accused Fauci of supporting or enforcing mandates, school closures, and physical distancing rules that lacked robust scientific backing or caused unnecessary societal harm.
Note: Dr. Fauci has repeatedly denied all allegations of wrongdoing, dishonesty, and cover-ups, characterizing the accusations as politically motivated attacks. He invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination during a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing on July 29, 2026, citing an unhinged and obsessive campaign by Senator Paul aimed at his prosecution.
The country and the world will wait and see how this all plays out. Some people want him in prison without knowing the facts and the law in order to gain social media followers. Some maintain his innocence for the same reasons. Some have political vendettas in mind. Bottom line is to look at the facts and the law and see what the real answer and outcome should be."

Hans Mahncke on X - "We are living through a massive information crisis in which at least half the population is being systematically misinformed, making any sane national debate increasingly difficult. Without a shared factual foundation, there is nothing to discuss. People are not merely drawing different conclusions from the same evidence. They are living in entirely different realities. That is what makes the Fauci story so tragic. He caused untold harm, yet millions of people know almost nothing about it. We can debate precisely how large a role Fauci played in the creation of Covid, but half the country does not even know that Covid came from a lab. We are therefore several steps removed from the basic conditions required to have an intelligent discussion. Other facts are even more black and white. Fauci’s private diary contradicts what he told the public. His own words reveal a man of almost limitless narcissism. These are not matters of interpretation. They are documented facts. Yet we still cannot have a national conversation about them because the media either refuses to report them or actively lies about them. Anyone who is not on Twitter, which is most people, may never encounter the underlying evidence at all. The result is that I increasingly find it almost impossible to discuss any of this with ordinary people, whether family members, acquaintances, or people at events or birthday parties. Unless someone has followed the evidence closely, there is no common starting point. Before you can debate what happened, you first have to dismantle at least ten years of falsehoods and omissions. I do not know how this ends, but it is not sustainable. A country cannot function indefinitely when its people are no longer capable of discussing almost anything beyond sports on the basis of shared factual knowledge."

How was someone so profoundly narcissistic ever allowed to accumulate so much power and rise so high? Completely unreal."

Cynical Publius on X - "Everyone should read this to understand just how we put the health of our nation into the hands of a deranged, toxic narcissist, Dr. Anthony Fauci. His meanderings on his own fame just beneath the death toll numbers his experiments likely created are perhaps the most nauseating thing I've seen lately. Here is the thing to realize though--the high ranks of our unelected federal bureaucracy are chock-a-block full of lesser and greater Faucis--people who hide behind the veneer of being a "public servant" while all the time actually thinking that YOU serve THEM. Why? Because they are smarter and better than those grubby little voters and they cling to their unelected bureaucratic power because they are ENTITLED TO IT (or so they believe). The cure is not to eliminate such people from government--that won't work because narcissists will always be drawn to the seat of power. No, the trick is to eliminate not the people, but the POSITIONS--eliminate the power that the vast, unelected federal Leviathan has over our daily lives, and the Faucis of the world will find other, less harmful, avenues to exercise their God complexes. It's the only way."

Fauci Starting To Think That Maybe Keeping A Daily Perjury Diary Was A Bad Idea | Babylon Bee - "Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Fauci kept meticulous notes in his diary about every lie he told under oath, which in retrospect had begun to seem unwise."

Sean Malone | Facebook - "Anyone paying attention to the Fauci Diary stuff? Cause, boy is it frustrating while also being depressing vindication for a lot of criticism I made at the time. Turns out Fauci and everyone else thought the virus was likely man made and did not originate at a wet market from the outset. There's also lots of him puffing up his own ego (in his own private diary... weird), working directly with "journalists" like Dana Bash to shape public opinion, and there are major differences between public and private statements. Not that any of this should be surprising. He lied incessantly during the AIDS scare (which he severely exacerbated), and we already know that he lied repeatedly from previous FOIAs of his government emails. It's just kinda maddening that the lunatics who lapped up everything he said and treated him as a god (something Fauci clearly loved, BTW) will never admit how badly they screwed up."

Video Resurfaces of Fauci Warning ‘Household Contact’ with AIDS Patients Could Put Kids at Risk - "An old video circulating on social media shows Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, warning that even just "close contact" with those already afflicted with AIDS could result in infection. In the context of a conversation about childhood infections, Fauci speculates that "if the close contact of a child is a household contact, perhaps there will be a certain number of cases of individuals who are just living with and in close contact with someone with AIDS, or at risk of AIDS, who does not necessarily have to have intimate sexual contact or share a needle, but just the ordinary close contact that one sees in normal interpersonal relations."... The clip was posted in response to Chasten Buttigieg, the husband of Transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg, who was himself rebuking right-wing radio commentator Dennis Prager. Prager, during an appearance on Newsmax, had wondered aloud: "During the AIDS crisis, can you imagine if gay men and intravenous drug users . . . had they been pariahs the way the non-vaccinated are?" Buttigieg replied by writing, "AIDS patients died because people feared simply touching them would lead to infection. Families abandoned their own children to be buried in unmarked graves. Let us know where we can send the books Dennis, God forbid you read one." Prior to receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom for his efforts to curb the AIDS crisis in Africa, and acclaim for his public-facing role during the coronavirus pandemic, Fauci had been criticized for his approach to addressing the spread of HIV in the United States. His speculation about close contact being infectious, as well as his stubborn focus on producing a vaccine rather than therapeutics, were of particular frustration to activists and other scientists."
The cope is that at the time, the mechanism of transmission was unclear. But we were told during Covid that the science was "clear" (when it was anything but) and anyone who disagreed got censored and accused of spreading dangerous misinformation. Ironic. Left wing hypocrisy is such a constant

And like all conspiracy theories, Newt, they're just conspiracy theories." Then Facebook and Twitter banned you for saying the same thing his own scientists were telling him privately."

What we learned from Fauci’s Covid hearing – and the concerning question it raised - "There is a fair chance that Covid-19 leaked from a lab in China, where experiments to make bat viruses more infectious to humans were being conducted at inadequate biosecurity levels. So it is alarming to hear that similar experiments may still be going on in the murky world of the US intelligence community, despite a ban on such risky research. At a Senate hearing called to question Dr Anthony Fauci, who led the US Covid-19 response, Republican Senator Rand Paul asked whether the doctor had worked with the CIA or the office of the director of national intelligence on gain-of-function research. Gain-of-function involves enhancing viruses or bacteria to make them more potent, and, in the past, Dr Fauci has been a strong advocate of such research. At Wednesday’s hearing, Dr Fauci took the Fifth Amendment, refusing to answer, but the fact Mr Paul brought the issue up suggests he could have evidence that it may be happening, even though Donald Trump banned it in 2025. Mr Trump’s 2025 executive order does not prohibit all gain-of-function research but studies which meet the government’s definition of “dangerous gain-of-function research”. “There is still a question whether or not the intelligence community is adhering to that order,” said Mr Paul. “There’s a question of whether or not gain-of-function research is still ongoing.” Whether or not it is still continuing in the US, Mr Paul was right to draw attention to Dr Fauci’s record on it. He has always been a strong supporter of such work, and even suggested in an article in the Washington Post in 2011 that if a scientist accidentally became infected and started a pandemic, it was still worth the risk. Laboratory leaks are fairly common, with smallpox, swine flu, anthrax, and foot-and-mouth disease all known to have escaped from facilities in recent decades... under Dr Fauci’s watch, funding for biodefence jumped from roughly $42m (£31m) in 2001 to nearly $1.7bn (£1.3bn) and dubious experiments to increase the virulence of viruses were approved, despite concerns about what would happen if they leaked... Dr Ralph Baric, of the University of North Carolina, also received a grant to create a chimeric virus capable of infecting humans by inserting a spike protein from a bat virus into the genetic template of Sars. In 2015, he published work showing it could infect human airway cells. Critically, Dr Baric was working closely with Dr Zhengli Shi of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), and in the coming years, WIV carried on the work at less-than-ideal safety levels. By 2018, the pair had applied to the US for a grant to insert a furin cleavage site into bat coronaviruses – the very feature that made Covid-19 so infectious to humans – although it was turned down for being too dangerous. But in April, Dr Baric told Mr Paul’s staff that he believed WIV could have gone ahead with the work anyway, while it was receiving funding from the US. There are fears that Wuhan completed the work and the virus leaked from their lab, or else researchers collected a bat that contained the virus and did not keep it safe. Covid-19 emerged just eight miles from where the team had been carrying out such research, seemingly already perfectly adapted to infect humans. Although many scientists claim the virus leapt from an animal, no missing link has ever been found despite six years of hunting... intriguingly, when WIV and Dr Baric applied for funding, they went to the US defence advanced research projects agency suggesting they also thought it had a military or intelligence benefit. The grant proposal even contained silhouettes of soldiers. In 2025, the CIA concluded that the pandemic was “more likely” the result of a laboratory leak in China than a natural animal-to-human transmission."

Fauci did not believe Covid originated from Wuhan market, his diaries reveal - "Among the hundreds of pages of diary entries made public is one entry from Jan 26, 2020, nearly two months before the World Health Organisation declared that Covid-19 was a pandemic. Dr Fauci wrote: “It now appears using epi data and genomic data that the first infection was in early December [2019] and was not connected to the (wet) market. “Early on, the Chinese were saying that there is no human-to-human transmission and all the original 27 cases were from the market. “Now we know the market was not the source, it was the amplifier.” Despite this, during a briefing at the White House in mid April 2020, Dr Fauci said that the science at the time was “totally consistent with a jump of a species from animal to human”. Dr Fauci’s apparent contradiction led Republicans to accuse him of suppressing the “lab leak” theory that the virus was engineered in a Chinese laboratory and escaped."

Ben Falk | Facebook - "Remember when Fauci's emails were FOIA redacted so we could read how the Nature Medicine's "Proximal Origin" Paper was pushed into publication by Andersen and crew at the behest of Francis Collins, Fauci and Jeremy Farrar to try to get ahead of the building consensus that the pandemic was lab-produced - by a lab funded by the US govt? Yeah, that was wild. Well, turns out the evidence they were trying to disprove has only gotten more significant since and the converse has also become stronger - that the GOF research Fauci's agency NAIAD funded, caused the virus. If you don't understand the significance of the paper: The stated goal was predetermined. The goal of Proximal Origin was to "disprove" a lab theory. On February 8, 2020, Andersen stated: "Our main work over the last couple of weeks has been focused on disproving any type of lab theory" — directly contradicting later claims that the authors objectively weighed all evidence. The authors privately believed the opposite of what they published. On the February 1 conference call, Andersen and Holmes presented their concerns about the furin cleavage site and the Wuhan Institute of Virology. After discounting engineering, Andersen and Garry said they leaned toward a lab origin through serial passage — considering it the most likely explanation for the unusual features of SARS-CoV-2. The paper published weeks later ruled this out. Conflicted reviewers pressured the authors. Fouchier and Drosten — who have both conducted gain-of-function experiments and were considered "conflicted" — pushed back forcefully on the hypothesis that SARS-CoV-2 was engineered, delivering their rebuke in the presence of the virologists' funders Farrar, Fauci, and Collins. The presence of Fauci and Collins was particularly sensitive given their history of support for the riskiest gain-of-function research. Farrar edited the manuscript minutes before publication. "Sorry to micro-manage/microedit!" — Farrar made a last edit to the manuscript minutes before the preprint published, despite not being a listed author. The paper was explicitly designed to control the narrative, not find the truth. Farrar articulated his goal: "The aim of this was to bring a neutral, respected, scientific group together to look at the data and in a neutral, considered way provide an opinion and we hoped to focus the discussion on the science, not on any conspiracy or other theory and to lay down a respected statement to frame whatever debate goes on — before that debate gets out of hand with potentially hugely damaging ramifications." Andersen invoked the names of powerful funders to get it published quickly. Andersen invoked the names of Jeremy Farrar, Tony Fauci, and Francis Collins in an email to Nature, in an apparent effort to impress the journal and underscore the urgency. He introduced the article as rebutting "speculation, fear mongering, and conspiracies." One co-author explicitly opposed publication without stronger evidence. Without more credible evidence against engineering in hand, nothing should be published — "As to publishing this document in a journal, I am currently not in favor of doing so. I believe that publishing something that is open-ended could backfire at this stage." It was used to suppress legitimate scientific debate. Reporters and public officials cited the paper as evidence to dismiss lab-origin theories, making its wording consequential far beyond the typical reach of a short correspondence. Critics allege the paper downplayed or prematurely dismissed a laboratory-related origin through undisclosed influence, ghost or hidden contributions, and editorial changes that strengthened its dismissal of a lab origin. The paper was not a neutral scientific assessment — it was a coordinated effort by the world's most powerful public health funders to establish a narrative before the scientific evidence could be properly evaluated. The authors' own private emails show they privately leaned toward lab origin while publicly dismissing it. That gap between private assessment and public publication — in a paper that then shaped global policy and media coverage for years — is the core documented problem."

Morens pleaded guilty to conspiring to defraud the U.S. government, a felony punishable by a maximum prison sentence of five years... District attorney reopens case of alleged Cornell University 'gang rape' - "Prosecutors in central New York say they are reopening the investigation of an alleged "gang rape" at a Cornell University fraternity in 2024 after a civil lawsuit filed earlier this month sparked outrage about the incident. Tompkins County District Attorney Matthew Van Houten said in a statement that his office is considering whether to bring criminal charges related to the incident, though he said the allegations in the civil complaint are "dramatically different" than the woman's statement to police two years ago... The reopening of the case comes less than two weeks after a former Cornell student filed a civil lawsuit alleging that she was drugged, assaulted and gang raped by seven former and current members of the Chi Phi fraternity at Cornell. Cornell's Chi Phi chapter was barred from campus after the alleged Oct. 19, 2024, incident, though none of the individuals allegedly involved faced criminal charges, according to the DA. Van Houten said his office did not bring charges in 2024 because the woman's statement to authorities did not allege she was drugged without her knowledge or that she did not consent to engage in sexual activities. "She never says that she was drugged without her knowledge. She admits to taking drugs and alcohol voluntarily and with knowledge. She does not allege that she was forced to engage in any acts. She does not say that she was physically helpless or unconscious or incapacitated at any point during the time at the fraternity house," Van Houten said. Van Houten said that he considered Jane Doe, the alleged victim, credible. He also said neither Jane Doe nor her attorneys ever contacted his office to ask for reconsideration of her case or to suggest that her sworn statement was inaccurate... According to a summary of the six-page typewritten statement Van Houten said Jane Doe provided to the Cornell University Police Department in November 2024, Jane Doe told police that she agreed to have a threesome with two Chi Phi fraternity brothers in part "due to how attracted [she] was" to one of them and in part because of her "drunken curiousness." The statement goes on to say that Jane Doe and the two fraternity brothers then "engaged in a 'threesome'" involving sexual activity. Another man then entered the room and shook her hand, according to the document. "When [Jane Doe] made contact with [Male Number 3's] hand, [Male Number 3] pulled [Jane Doe] into him and [they] began making out. While [Male Number 3] was kissing [her], [Male Number 2] began groping [her]. Eventually, [Male Number 2, Male Number 3, and Jane Doe] would end up on the bed next to where [Male Number 1] was sleeping and [they] began to have a threesome," the document said. Other men were also in and out of the room, according to the document. "Jane Doe had difficulty remembering parts of what happened next. She remembered '[Male Number 7] said something very rude and mean to [her].' Male Number 7 apologized and 'grabbed [her] face and started kissing [her].' Jane Doe 'quickly backed away to stop [Male Number 7] from kissing [her],' according to the document. The summary then said some of the fraternity brothers began complimenting Jane Doe's looks and asked if they could ingest drugs off of her body. "While the men were doing drugs off of her body, [Male Number 3] and [another male] entered the room and said something like, 'Ok we're shutting down whatever the [expletive] this is,'" the document said. "While the behavior of certain Chi Phi fraternity members was without question disgusting and morally reprehensible, the foundation of the criminal justice system is that criminal prosecutions must be based upon evidence and not emotion," Van Houten said."
If a man takes drugs and engages in group sex, that is without question disgusting and morally reprehensible. If a woman takes drugs and engages in group sex, criticising her is without question disgusting and morally reprehensible.
Despite their protestations about sexual liberation (for women), at some level, feminists think what is conventionally considered sexual degeneracy is wrong, since they take it as evidence that Jane Doe was raped. Jenin Younes on X - "I’ve held my tongue for a while, but being from Ithaca, a Cornell alum and a former criminal defense attorney, and seeing how out of hand this story has gotten, I am compelled to comment on the lawsuit alleging a gang rape at Cornell. I cannot purport to know what happened one night at a frat house in October 2024—any more than you can. However, here are a few basic principles much of the public appears not to understand. A lawsuit is a series of allegations made by the plaintiff. It is not proof. Allegations made in lawsuit turn out to be untrue all the time, either due to mistake, intentional misrepresentation, or flat-out lies. Unfortunately, people often misrepresent the truth in lawsuits due to monetary and other incentives. In the past, there have been instances of fabricated rape allegations. About a decade ago, Rolling Stone published a piece about an allegedly horrendous rape that occurred on the UVA campus that garnered similiar outrage to this incident and turned out to be entirely fabricated. I have read the DA’s press release and the lawsuit itself. According to the cited portions of Jane Doe’s statements to police shortly after the incident, crediting it as entirely true, there was simply no basis to charge the alleged perpetrators. Everyone involved was apparently extremely intoxicated. Jane Doe gave consent to the encounter at the beginning and does not explicitly recall any activity occurring after consent was withdrawn. It is possible that, due to her inability to recall, she had not given consent for some of the activity towards the end, but possible is not a basis for a district attorney to file criminal charges. Her current lawsuit is fairly consistent with her initial statement—except it omits the portions where she told the police she gave consent. Is she lying? Did she later remember something she didn’t initially? Is she mistaken? I do not know—and again, neither do you. What I do know is that if we are to live in a society of laws, going after the jobs and reputations young men who may have participated in an entirely consensual incident, and the DA who made the correct decision not to charge, is mindless mob justice. We actually want prosecutors to decline to seek indictments when there’s insufficient evidence of criminal wrongdoing. None of this is to say I approve of what happened as reported in the initial statement to police. That’s a cultural and parenting issue, though, not a matter for law enforcement. I encourage people to let the DA’s office handle the case going forward, and not to participate in the witch hunt against either the prosecutors involved or the young men who, as of now, have not been charged or shown to have committed any crime."

Jenin Younes on X - "yes, I like to think, read as much pertinent information as I can, analyze it in accordance with applicable legal standards as well as general due process ideals that should underpin enlightened societies, not succumb to mindless mob calls for people's heads, and then reach conclusions--always caveated with the understanding I may not have all the information. Good for you, I guess, if you'd rather just join the massses and participate in a return to the electronic era version of the Salem Witch Trials"
Dr. Sherifa Zuhur on X - "I guess you didn’t read the excerpts from the victim’s testimony, nor see the video of the fraternity’s group chat offering her to anyone who wanted - for “free”"
If you believe in not immediately proclaiming accused rapists are guilty, you are part of the problem, perpetuate rape culture, and if you are a male, you are a rapist too
Apparently if a woman decides to engage in group sex without putting up token resistance or being paid for it (i.e. "free pussy"), that is rape. Of course, if she puts up token resistance, that is rape too. Yet many feminists are against prostitution despite their implicit position that you need to pay women for sex (in some way)

Jenin Younes on X - "UPDATE on the Cornell incident: As reported by ABC, newly released texts between Jane Doe and Male #1 from 4 days after the incident (several weeks before police report) demonstrate that she told him "everyone needs to grow up cause sexuality and sex and s---is changing and stuff like this is going to become more common, I'm also really open minded tho, I love you king." A couple weeks later, but still before she made a police report, the young man told her that he was concerned he'd been "labeled an assaulter" and she responded "I haven't said anything but I do know people are changing the narrative because like in any sexual scenario w one woman and many men the woman was probably the victim." While these texts do not conclusively prove she was not legally raped, they substantially strengthen the supposition that Jane Doe changed her story, and possibly genuinely changed her perception of what happened, as a result of being publicly shamed for having sex with many men or whatever was happening in her relationship with Male #1. The most important point though, is that destroying people's lives based on allegations to police, in a lawsuit, or elsewhere is extremely dangerous. It is exactly why civilized societies should not engage in the modern equivalent of witch trials, and people should decline to rush to judgment. The way this story has changed over mere days is a near perfect lesson in why we shouldn't call for people's heads simply because disturbing accusations have been made. Of course, no one will actually learn anything and nothing will change, regardless of how many times this sort of thing happens, because apparently as a nation, we are incapable of actual progress. I intend not to comment on this case again absent extraordinary developments, because my primary interest is not in determining one way or the other what happened, but in urging people to resist the temptation to engage in mob justice to the point law enforcement officers are acting at the public's direction. I believe that point has been made, although of course it won't satisfy the bloodthirsty."
People haven't learnt from the Duke Lacrosse rape hoax and the Rolling Stone UVA fraternity case

Jenin Younes on X - "OK, one more comment then I'm really done. There's a lot of talk about the "voluntary intoxication loophole" in the law that prevents a finding of non-consent based on intoxication absent physical incapacitation or involuntary ingestion of intoxicants. This claim is getting tiresome, so I'd like to put it for rest. New York's current law, as written, is actually the only way for the system to operate logically. I'll show that by asking a series of questions to those who want to "close the voluntary intoxication loophole."
1) if physical incapacitation isn't the standard for lack of consent, what is?
2) is it "drunk?" "too drunk to consent"? how do we define those terms?
3) How is the alleged perpetrator supposed to know, subjectively, how drunk the alleged victim is? A person can be quite drunk and/or high and appear relatively sober and state that they are consenting (as actually happened here).
4) what if both parties (or, as in the Cornell case, multiple parties) are intoxicated? are they all raping each other? Should prosecutors seek indictments against all of them?
5) are we prepared for a system in which anyone who has consumed any alcohol can make a rape allegation?
Have the "loophole" people thought this through? Because we're now looking at a world where anytime one party has a drink (or the number of drinks needed to constitute whatever definition of rape we end up with in answer to questions (2) and (3)) and is angry at their sexual partner, regretful, or jealous, s/he can make a rape allegation and presumably get their current former sexual partner behind bars. Looking forward to the answers from the "hang the Cornell 7" people."

End Wokeness on X - "AOC claims 7 frat boys "lured a woman into a frat house, drugged, and gang raped her" Turns out… NONE OF THIS HAPPENED:
> Jane willingly went to the frat house
> willingly had sex, drugs and alcohol
> told police it was 100% consensual
> 2 YEARS LATER, changes her mind"

Glenn Greenwald on X - "What AOC did here is despicable and pathetic even for her. it's a joke to think you posture as some sort of a national leader while you go around definitively, publicly proclaiming individuals guilty of horrific crimes before they've ever been charged with, let alone convicted of, those crimes, especially when most evidence is unknown and, of what is known, there's so much evidence casting doubt on the accusations. AOC never heard of these 7 Cornell students until like 6 seconds ago, but now definitively decree they're ALL "gang rapists." But worse is that AOC lies here repeatedly, making claims that even the alleged victim denies. Nobody "lured her" into the frat house. She went there voluntarily and showed up drunk. She voluntarily used drugs and had sex with at least the first three men if not all. She wrote one of those students an email afterward saying how nothing they did was criminal and how much fun she had having sex with the two of them and hoped to do it again. She then asked for an invitation to another party at this same frat house 8 days later, and became enraged for the first time when the frat president said it was best if she didn't come. Nobody in the group chat said she was "incapacitated" as AOC alleged. None of this means that there was no rape. It means that minimally responsible, ethical people refrain from pronouncing guilt (or innocence) until they know what they're fucking talking about and there are at least charges filed. None of that applies to AOC."

Collin Rugg on X - "NEW: One of the fraternity brothers involved in the 'Cornell 7' incident says 'Jane Doe' told them their orgy "was normal in the medieval times." Another frat member says *she* was the aggressor and didn't ask for his consent. "I remember the girl in specific saying something along the lines of, 'This was normal in the medieval times,'" said Diego Sarabia, according to the New York Times. Another fraternity member, Gillio Lopes, says Jane Doe initiated s*xual contact with him without asking for his consent. Lopes says he went to get McDonald's after becoming "uncomfortable" with what allegedly happened to him. Another frat member, Winston Lee, also said Jane Doe initiated s*xual contact with him without asking for his consent. "I kind of took a step back because I didn’t want to engage in anything like s*x. I thought it wasn’t the time for that," Lee said. Lee later engaged in s*xual contact with Doe. He asked her if she was comfortable with what was happening, and she allegedly told him, "We’re all consenting adults here," according to the New York Times."

Matt Walsh on X - "You can perfectly understand the case of the Cornell 7, and the reaction to it, once you understand that feminists fundamentally reject the idea that women can ever be truly responsible for any wrong doing of any kind. Which is why, when there’s a disgusting drug and alcohol fueled orgy where everyone involved is inebriated, the woman is somehow automatically the victim and the men are somehow automatically responsible. On normal logic, that makes no sense. If alcohol removes consent, then the drunk men have just as valid a claim to being raped as the drunk woman. But feminists aren’t using normal logic. They’re using feminist logic. Which, again, starts with the presupposition that women by definition cannot truly be at fault at all for anything ever. That is simply a brute fact of the universe, in their view. They don’t have to defend it, and don’t, and can’t."

'The View' Host Sunny Hostin Stands Up for Accused Cornell Gang Rape Defendants - "I, I actually have the statement, um, that, um, Jane Doe wrote at that time... under current New York state law voluntary intoxication or drug use, and she voluntarily drank a lot. She voluntarily took, uh, snorted ketamine off of one of the boys' body parts... she allowed other boys and consented to other boys, uh, snorting ketamine off of her body. Um, and under New York law, voluntary intoxication or drug use that merely impairs judgment does not legally constitute an inability to consent to sexual activity, right? So that means if you voluntarily ingest drugs, you voluntarily take alcohol, you can agree to have threesomes which in her statement she agreed to have two separate threesomes. One boy did walk in. One young man did walk in and say, Everybody out. So there was one person that did that, and according to her statement, 3 of the young men did not touch her... the pictures of these young men who have not been charged, not been adjudicated, are being plastered all over the Internet. I think people are reporting this story inaccurately. I think they're reporting it unfairly. And while this is something that we have to take very seriously, there is no way, according to her statement in 2024, that any prosecutor would have brought... According to her statement, she says she did they did not attack her. Her statement in 2024, she, um, she, she consented to the sexual activity. She consented to it according to her own statement in 2024. Now I prosecuted sex crimes for 10 years. I believe women. I am not saying that we shouldn't believe her, but in 2024 she said some one thing and now in 2026 she's saying another thing."
Clearly, despite being a female prosector who prosecuted sex crimes for 10 years and got a Special Achievement Award from then-Attorney General Janet Reno for her prosecution of child sexual predators and work with child sex abuse and saying she was "too woke", Sunny Hostin believes "rape myths"

Richard Hanania on X - "Incredible reporting from the NYT. The woman at Cornell did not consider herself a rape victim until she saw people making fun of her for being a slut. She went to her "big sister" in her sorority and confessed that she had been a slut. Then while texting one of the men she reassured him that she enjoyed the first part of it and nothing illegal had happened. Later, she texted him that she was traumatized. Not by the sex, but because everyone was laughing at her. One week after her "rape," she was mad that she got disinvited from a party at the frathouse of her "rapists"!!!!!!! Only a few days later, she decided that she was a "rape victim." Nobody would laugh at her anymore! She went from an object of ridicule and shame to a hero. Once again, we need to have a serious conversation about how women are being lied to. People do not respect sluts. Even at woke Ivy League universities. Human nature is what it is. The lesson is women should protect their reputations by not doing things like this."

Alleged Cornell Gang Rape Victim Told Accused Frat Bro Sex Wasn't Illegal, He Apologized - "The woman who claims she was drugged and gang-raped by seven Cornell students inside a frat house texted with one of the men she named in her lawsuit two days after the alleged encounter ... he apologized, and she told him the "sexual stuff" wasn't illegal... he apologized for "how things went down." The frat bro says he should have "shut it down and kick people out before it got way out of hand." The woman told him her memory was "super clouded too" and said, "non[e] of the sexual stuff was illegal."... Tompkins County DA Matthew Van Houten paints a different picture, saying she described the sex and drug use as "voluntary, conscious, and consensual." Van Houten insists that she never informed police that she was drugged against her will or gang raped. In addition, Van Houten says her attorney never reached out to him about inaccuracies in the original police report, nor did the lawyer ask to meet with him to talk about the case. In fact, Van Houten says he reached out to her attorney after the lawsuit was filed to try to understand the discrepancies in her original statement."

Justin DeBerry on X - "The “Cornell 7” (unintentionally cool name) consists of:
- 3 guys who didn’t touch her
- 3 guys who had 2 consensual threesomes
- 1 guy who walked in and told them to “shut down whatever the fuck this is.”
And this 7 hour long “gang rape” just ends when she says she’s tired and wants to go home. After she decides she’s done the guys leave her alone. And, as all rape victims do, she texts two of the guys the next day saying she enjoyed it and wants to do it again. Notice how the guy who was falling asleep while having sex, who arguably has a better case than “Jane Doe”, isn’t making a peep because he knows he was drunk and high out of his mind with other drunk and high people. She was a willing participant in all of this. The real conversation here isn’t about rape, but about the deviant cesspool these whores gleefully jump into. You aren’t “free pussy” because they wanted to rape you, you’re free because you open your legs easy for hot frat dudes. Thank you feminism for all the joy you’ve brought to the modern world."

Cathy Young 🇺🇸🇺🇦🇮🇱 on X - "The thing I find striking about the Cornell discourse (on the "feminist" side so to speak) is that the woman is presumed to be completely passive while everything these drunk and high frat guys do is presumed to be conscious and intentional. They are "plying" the woman with drink & drugs to coerce her into sex, or "advertising" a woman supposedly available for rape to fellow frat members in a group chat. A very drunk guy typing "free pu*** upstairs" in the chat could be making a crude drunken joke. (Or "advertising" what he sees as a willing woman.) The woman, OTOH, is depicted as, at the most, passively and drunkenly acquiescing in what's being done to her -- despite her statement that, for instance, she went along with the threesome because she was excited by the idea of the two guys being gay with each other. Tbh, I read this account and I see a bunch of people being drunken idiots. Also: several people have brought up the fact that "Jane Doe" is underage for alcohol (19 or 20). How old were the guys? (Newell is Class of '27 so probably a sophomore in '24 -- likely also 19 or 20.) And what about the fact that "Jane Doe" had already been drinking alcohol on her own before coming to the party? Why are we suddenly being strict about underage drinking only when it's men offering alcohol to a woman? If the idea is that men need to protect grown women from making bad decisions, gee, how is that different from that fundie creep who thinks husbands should monitor their wives' social media use?"

Benjamin Ryan on X - "In a popular Bluesky post, Phil Lewis relays that one of the seven men accused of rape by the Cornell student has been fired from his banking job. “Good,” says Moira Donegan, a feminist columnist who in 2023 agreed to a six-figure settlement for her role in establishing an online spreadsheet of “Shitty Media Men” that accused a male writer of sexual misconduct. The man sued her for defamation."
Gene Starwind on X - "Where’s this enthusiasm for justice towards the grooming gangs? I saw many fully verified men throw red herrings left and right. Accusations of racism for caring, one man plugged his paid substack of CSA stats “well actually white men in the UK..” Is gang rape graded on a curve?"
JimmyButtz on X - "Well, the US and the UK are different countries."
Gene Starwind on X - "They are, but George Floyd’s death made it overseas, I’m seeing UK based people reference Brock Turner, the French man who dsold his wife for decades made front page Reddit for weeks… I think every extent of the grooming gangs would meet the threshold for international horror"
Caring about what happens in other countries is only important when it pushes the left wing agenda

Thread by @American_Advo on Thread Reader App – Thread Reader App - "Just gonna make this easy for everyone to understand what took place here with the Cornell 7 "Jane Doe Rape" situation here.
Part 1: Jane Doe walks 1 mile to the Chi Phi FRATERNITY House in Ithaca, NY on Cornell University. She's already drunk at a level of 5 out of 10, by her own account. She walked there, because she had been exchanging text messages with male number 1 prior to the meet up. When she arrived, she immediately opened an unopened can of beer and drank it, despite being already 5 out of 10 Drunk. After some dancing with Male 1, he led her to a quiet room, and asked for her consent to engage in a threesome with a second male partner (Male 2) She agreed and GAVE CONSENT. She even remembers being EXCITED at the idea of it.
Part 2: After Drinking that additional beer upon immediately entering the Chi Phi FRAT House at Cornell University, Jane Doe reports feeling 6 out of 10 drunk, agreeing to the threesome with Male 1 and Male 2 and in her words she remembers being "Pretty ok with having this threesome." Overtime, from what appears to be excessive alcohol consumption and drug use, Male 1 has a hard time maintaining his erection, and grows tired. Jane Doe recommends to Male 2 that they stop having sex, to make sure Male 1 is ok. Male 1 says essentially: I'm going to take a nap to recover." and makes his way to the bed in the frat house, eventually. While he slept, Male 2 wound up dry heaving, likely because he intoxicated. Jane Doe pats him on the back and tells him if he needs to vomit, he should. She also simultaneously makes sure to wake up Male 1 periodically, to ensure that he's still ok. Male 3 then eventually enters the Frat House. he lives there. He introduces himself to Jane Doe, and begins making out with her. Eventually Male 2 and Male 3, wind up on the bed right next to Male 1 who's napping, and Jane Doe engages in a SECOND Threesome with Male 2 and Male 3, while Male 1 sleeps besides them.
Part 3: Male 1 wakes up during the course of this threesome between Jane Doe, Male 2, and Male 3, and requests to join in and make it a foursome. Jane Doe DECLINES, because it would require anal sex, which she was opposed to. Jane Doe then remembers Male 3, actually disengaging from the threesome, and leaving the room all together. Several more Frat bros, enter the room shortly after. seemingly now Embarrassed, Jane Doe attempts to hide under the covers. Male 2 (One of the original threesome participants) winds up laying next to Jane Doe in the bed, while Male 1 (The man Jane doe walked a mile to the Frat house to see initially at Cornell) sits on the corner of the bed, and begins introducing Jane Doe to the other men. Jane Doe admits that she "Has difficulty remembering what happened next"
Part 4: She DOES, however, Remember Male Number 2 eventually asking her is she wanted to do MORE Ketamine. Jane Doe says at that point she thought to herself: "I've already done Ketamine once so far tonight, why not do it a second time?" She agrees to do more Ketamine. Male 2 pours the Ketamine on his hard cock. Jane Doe Snorts it off his penis. The Other men then begin to all gather around Jane Doe and compliment her. They request to snort ketamine off of her "perfect naked body" She agrees. Shortly after this point, Male 3 re-emerges into the room with some other male and says something to the effect of: "Ok, we're shutting down whatever the fuck this is." Jane Doe reports feeling dizzy, due to previously diagnosed medical conditions, in combination with her drunkeness and EXCESSIVE Ketamine usage. Males 5 and 6 console her, and make it known to her that she can and should stay there and stay seated as long as she needs to, in order to gather herself, before leaving.
Part 5: Shortly after, Male Number 1 (The original male of the Cornell 7 that Jane Doe was there to see) and Male number 4, usher Jane Doe out of the initial room this all took place in, and head upstairs to a more private room. Male 1 then states to Jane: "Let's do More ketamine." Jane Doe agrees, and snorts more Ketamine. Then Male 1 says he wants to have sex again to redeem himself over the fact that he passed out earlier that night. Jane Doe then engages in a threesome with Male 1 and Male 4. The Threesome continues on for a long period time, eventually ending in the early morning hours, around 5:45 am, when Jane Doe informs Male 1 and Male 4 that she is too tired, and needed to turn in. The Men immediately stop the threesome, and the interaction ends entirely.
Anyone who thinks the above here sounds like The Cornell 7 "raped this poor Jane Doe Girl" is seriously retarded. The Truth is, Jane Doe was acting like a Drunk, College Girl slut. She walked a whole ass mile to a FRATERNITY House. The Chi Phi FRATERNITY House on Cornell Campus in Ithaca NY, to meet Male 1, yes. But ALSO knowing FULL Well like we ALL KNOW, what takes place often times at FRAT HOUSES. We all just magically decide to pretend that this seems so out of the blue for this to have taken place. Drinking? Drugs? Threesome Sex? COLOR ME SURPRISED! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS! Jane Doe admitted originally to being quite ok with the threesomes, she consented to them verbally, she was not "Drugged" but rather OPENLY partook in the usage of the drugs, and continued drinking while there. In fact, by all accounts here of Male 2 Dry Heaving, and Male 1 passing out, The MEN were MORE DRUNK and possibly High on ketamine than SHE WAS! So who took advantage of who, here? Jane Doe sounds like the rapist to me."

Robby Soave on X - "Letitia James said: "What this young woman has been forced to endure is horrific and unacceptable. I'm holding her in my heart and in my prayers. To her, and to all survivors: you're not alone. We stand with you." This is more than just a statement of support or sympathy for a woman speaking out about a troubling experience. James referred to Doe as a "survivor" and said she stands with her. That's not appropriate given that Hochul has tasked James with discovering the truth, regardless of whose account it supports. A truly independent investigator should be open to the possibility that Doe's description of the events in her lawsuit is inaccurate, given that her initial statement to the police and her text messages at the time paint a very different picture. Meanwhile, Kathy Hochul has invented the idea of an "intoxication loophole" that permitted the victim to be raped. But a person who is intoxicated obviously reserves the right to revoke consent at any time. And if a person passes out, then consent is withdrawn. The law does not allow for an intoxicated person to be subjected to sex despite their objections. This situation is rapidly spiraling out of control, and the prospect that actual justice will be served—by James and Hochul—seems vanishingly unlikely."
Ardent Dialectic on X - "Oh yeah, and Hochul thinks she’s finally got the “October surprise” to help her numbers for reelection. Damn the lives of 6 people, this is for her great work No one can define her great work, but she believes it so there is that."

Eddie Scarry on X - "She wildin."
"The next day, on Oct. 21, Jane Doe went to her “big sister” — a woman designated as a mentor — at Cornell’s Tri Delta sorority and told her there were rumors circulating that she was a “slut.” The big sister, a junior at Cornell, told investigators that Jane Doe added with a laugh that “unfortunately they are true.”" NBA YoungGoy on X - "This is like a 90s caricature of women I cannot believe this is even a real conversation between 2 women at an Ivy League university."
Grimm on X - "The case for this shit gets fuckin dumber and dumber. So, EVERYBODY at the school fuckin KNOWS its bullshit, the police know its bullshit, and yet here we are."

E L on X - "Really wildin"
"According to the text messages, which were obtained by ABC News, Jane Doe told the man four days after the alleged incident that "everyone knows" and "my reputation is destroyed and I'm utterly ashamed." In the Oct. 23, 2024, exchange Jane Doe texted the man, later identified by the Tompkins County District Attorney's Office as Male Number 1: "everyone needs to grow up cause sexuality and sex and s--- is changing and stuff like this is going to become more common,, I'm also really open minded tho, I luv you king.""
