Berlin Pride attack suspect shot and killed during police operation - "The man suspected of carrying out what authorities say was likely an "Islamist terror attack" at Berlin Pride has been shot and killed by police. Officers opened fire when Abdul Ballout, a 21-year-old German citizen with Lebanese heritage, rushed at them with a knife in Spandau, a western borough of Berlin... Police say following the ramming, several people were injured in a stabbing attack. Speaking to reporters on Sunday, German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt said evidence pointed to it being an "Islamist terror attack"... he was sentenced to one year and 10 months in prison for "preparing a serious act of violence endangering the state". The decision was deferred for six months and he was placed under the supervision of a parole officer. He was previously convicted of assault and robbery in 2022, and of robbing a victim of headphones in 2020... Saturday's attack shattered the joy and revelry of Berlin's Christopher Street Day, where hundreds of thousands spill onto the city streets for one of Europe's most famous Pride events. Christopher Street Day commemorates the first known uprising among the LGBT community in New York City in 1969 at the Stonewall Inn, which is located on Christopher Street."
Damn German police, acting as judge, jury and executioner! Failure to comply is not a death sentencce!
This will only intensify Islamophobia. Germany needs to protect the Muslim community from backlash!
Drew Pavlou 🇦🇺🇺🇸🇺🇦🇹🇼 on X - "Guys, the details of the latest jihadist attack in Europe are psychotic. Abdul Ballout was born in Berlin, but he left Germany for Lebanon. Germany identified him as an Islamist threat, so they had him arrested in Lebanon and FLEW HIM BACK TO GERMANY to put him on trial for plotting terror attacks. He was convicted and sentenced for terrorism offences in May 2026 but released on time served. By July 2026 he was back on the streets. German authorities told him to attend de-radicalisation counselling sessions. He responded by carrying out a jihadist terrorist attack on a pride parade."
Damn AfD! Time to lock up the "far right" to protect queer people
Police shoot dead Berlin Pride van and knife rampage suspect, officials say | Germany | The Guardian - "Before last year’s parade, Berlin LGBTQ+ organisations sounded the alarm that attacks had become more frequent while hard-won rights were under threat. Campaigners said a rise in hostility had accompanied the surge in support for the far-right Alternative für Deutschland (AfD), now the most popular party in national opinion polls, as well as an increase in Islamist-inspired attacks."
WerteInitiative. jüdisch-deutsche Positionen on X (Translated from German) - "For many years, both Federal President Steinmeier and the Federal Foreign Office have repeatedly distinguished themselves through a remarkable naivety toward radical Islam and its political regimes. It is now becoming apparent that organizations close to the Muslim Brotherhood and Islamism, according to the Federal Intelligence Service, have been funded with millions in German taxpayer money—a further piece of evidence for this problematic stance. We expect a clear commitment and clear messages from the Federal Government here, stating that it will no longer support this course going forward and that funding will only be granted according to strict criteria compliant with the free democratic basic order. It is precisely through radical and political Islam that Judaism is threatened today as never before. As German citizens, it is incomprehensible and irresponsible to us how this form of naivety or appeasement can be politically tolerated."
Andrew Hammel on X - "The Berlin attacker was sentenced to 13 months for attempting a terror attack but the judge converted it to probation. The prosecution's appeal against the probation was underway when the attack happened."
Jonatan Pallesen on X - "It is crazy how easy this tragedy was to avoid.
• Don't take all these Lebanese migrants -> avoided
• Deport him after first robbery sentence, or first assault sentence -> avoided
• Deport him for supporting Hezbollah -> avoided
• Deport him after attempting a previous terror attack(!) -> avoided
Instead what he got was probation and a useless deradicalization program. The mass immigrationist left have the blood of the victims on their hands."

Left wingers just hate white people and Christians
Meme - Owen Jones: "The answer to hate is not more hate. This was a heinous attack on Berlin's LGBTQ+ people by a suspected ISIS terrorist. For British LGBTQ+ people, it evokes memories of the far-right Soho nail bomber. Both attackers wanted to turn entire communities against each other."

Of course Owen Jones managed to use this to bash the "far right" while not mentioning Islamism. Ironic he shared this image in praise then did what it said not to do. He's really a piece of work. But of course, we know that left wingers love to exploit tragedies for political ends if it pushes the left wing agenda

Islamist Attacks Berlin Pride Parade - "An incident involving several arrests occurred during a left-wing demonstration on the sidelines of Christopher Street Day (CSD) in Berlin. Police reported on the X platform that, despite several discussions with the org
anizers, “prohibited slogans were repeatedly shouted” during the march in the Gesundbrunnen and Wedding districts. A spokesperson specifically mentioned the slogan “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.” According to the police, hundreds of pro-Palestinian demonstrators were present, particularly at the front of the march.
—
The march reached Leopoldplatz and, according to police, was ended by the organizers shortly before reaching its final destination. There, officers arrested a former participant. He is alleged to have attempted to strike officers with a flagpole during the march. In total, police arrested nine people in connection with the march. They initiated criminal proceedings for offenses including violent crimes and propaganda. According to the spokesperson, around 7,000 people participated in the demonstration. Titled “Internationalist Queer Pride,” it was intended to protest capitalism and colonialism."

Police immediately started questioning witnesses. Suddenly, I hear a white male next to me “I saw him. He was a young, tall Arab man”. I stepped in immediately. “Stop this racist nonsense” I shouted. “Sir, step aside. He killed people, we need to find him now” policeman said. “By racial profiling and fueling hatred in our country, and Europe?” I replied. He put his head down and moved onto another witness. Of course we must strive for justice. But a racist society is a greater threat than any terrorist attack"
Berlin's 'queer commissioner' condemns Pride attack as 'conservative' violence - "The government-appointed head of LGBT issues in Berlin is joining the chorus of accusations from the German left-wing that last week’s Islamic attack on a Pride parade was fundamentally fueled by “conservative” resentment. Alfonso Pantisano, the “queer commissioner” for the state, acknowledged that the attacks were Islamist in nature but deflected the blame to the Christian Democratic Union and other conservative movements he claims fail to address “queerphobia” in Germany. “The far Right here in Germany is of course waiting for an attack like this one to use it in order to highlight that the foreigners are the problem,” Pantisano said in an interview with Democracy Now! on Tuesday. “But by doing so, they completely forget and avoid looking at how much queerphobia there is in this country at all various levels of structures — at schools, in the workplace, at churches, on the streets, in sports, and in so many other places.” The queer commissioner admitted that those “far-right” forces “might not come out onto the streets with a van and kill us in a big, huge group like this attack could have done,” but asserted that they are a part of the general opposition to LGBT lifestyles... Just days before the attack, Pantisano had said in an interview with Abendschau that “right-wing extremists and neo-Nazis” remain the biggest threat to LGBT citizens. He was asked if he stood by those comments in a follow-up interview the day after the attack and affirmed that he did “because by ‘conservative forces’ I also include all religious groups that all have a problem with us, and Islamists belong to that.” Ronald Glaser, a member of the Bundestag affiliated with the right-wing Alternative for Germany party, told the Washington Examiner that Pantisano “should be fired” and said that conservatives in Germany have “long complained that individuals like Abdul Ballout — and their families — were able to immigrate and obtain citizenship without hinderance.” “There is no common ground between German conservatives and second-generation immigrant Islamists,” Glaser said. “Anyone who argues like [Pantisano] is deluding themself. He refuses to acknowledge the problems associated with the mass illegal immigration of recent decades and lashes out at those who point out these issues — instead of facing up to them.” Pantisano is not the only political actor placing the blame for the attack on conservatives. The Berlin branch office of far-left party Die Linke made a similar claim, as did the Neukolln district branch of the Berlin Left Party. “With the rise of the right wing and antifeminist forces, queerphobia and transphobia are also increasing massively,” a statement posted to the Left Party’s Instagram on Sunday said. “The targeted dissemination of queerphobic and transphobic ideology by right-wing and conservative actors paves the way for attacks like yesterday’s.” Christian Buchholz, a former member of the Berlin Parliament who is running again as an AfD candidate in September, told the Washington Examiner: “When reality encounters leftist ideology (like Alfonso Pantisano, a spearhead of leftist ideology), the reality loses and the ideology wins.” AfD officials have been accusing the CDU, the center-right party that has refused to cooperate with them and accused them of being extremist, of now aping their policies. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz is floating the idea of revoking citizenship for dual nationals who are convicted of terrorism-related offenses, saying on July 26 that “these criminals, these extremists, have no place in the heart of our society.” “Suddenly the union also wants to strip Islamists of their citizenship,” AfD leader Alice Weidel said on Tuesday. “After the CSD attack, CDU […] is adopting AfD demands that they had just recently demonized. Only an AfD government would back up the words with actions!”"
In Western countries, it's worse to be "racist" than to kill someone
Facebook - "Berlin Pride and the Allah-phant in the room. Berlin Pride featured a sea of Palestine flags, condemnation of the anti-Islamist AfD party, and calls for tolerance and acceptance of Muslim migrants. Then a pro-Palestine Islamist migrant drove into the crowd and got out, attacking people with a machete. One dead, 29 injured. The response will surprise nobody. Leftists condemned conservative white men - who weren't anywhere near the area - and said they "wished the attacker had been a white man". Left-wing politicians ignored the Allah-phant in the room, pretending that the attack was just the result of some generic ill-defined "homophobia". I'm sick of being called a bigot for trying to stop people destroying themselves with mass immigration and Islamism. I'm now happy to watch them do it. If Islamism isn't a problem, then I don't want security services to police Islamist threats for anyone who thinks Islamism isn't a problem. I want all Western events that wave Palestinian flags and celebrate Islamism to offer free entry to Islamists. Glastonbury, Kneecap concerts, the Green Party Conference - enjoy your enrichment guys, I'll grab some popcorn and watch the live stream."
I like how left wingers warn against "division" and blaming "groups" - then immediately blame Christians, conservatives and right wingers
Drew Pavlou 🇦🇺🇺🇸🇺🇦🇹🇼 on X - "The organisers of Berlin Pride say yesterday's attack must not be used "for political ends". Joseph Jones @JoeGayHistorian: "I would imagine that support from gay men for parties that lean right - already sizable among German gay men - will only increase following this horrific event."
Katy Faust: "The irony here is rich. Progressives spent years celebrating (and voting for) the ideology most likely to run you over with a car or toss you from a building if you're gay, while treating the people who just don't want marriage redefined as people who need to be violently attacked. Preferring the ones who won't kill you is basic self-preservation. But still ... zero mention of the child. "A million people who don't want me to get married" is one way to put it. Another way: a million people who think a child might want their mother."

Dr. Maalouf on X - "There are 2,750 mosques in Germany. Not a single one has condemned the Islamic terrorist attack at the Berlin Pride parade."
Germany: Berlin Pride killer Abdul Ballout attended 3-day deradicalization course ‘run by progressive white women’ - "Deradicalization programs have a solid track record of failure. Jihadists are violent criminals, but violent criminals are not necessarily jihadists. Prison reform in the West is geared toward Western culture, not that of the Sharia. The most violent criminals in western countries who are not jihadists know they did something wrong, despite whatever psychological profile that may have impacted them. Jihadists, on the other hand, deeply believe they are doing a good deed. Murdering an infidel is the highest calling in Islam, even elevating the jihadist to “martyrdom” if he dies in the way of jihad. No infidel could possibly reverse that belief in a deradicalization program that the jihadist was forced to attend in an infidel system. As for the progressive women identified below to be running the program in Germany: Bleeding hearts think they’re extending kindness and help to the poor, beleaguered immigrants who land on their doorstep. Their suicidal empathy gives them a twisted sense of personal value. It’s a similar mindset to that of the LGBTQ+ community, which supports open-door immigration from Muslim countries, despite the hatred and severe penalties for gays in these same countries. Also, the LBBTQ+ community overwhelmingly supports the Palestinian “resistance” collectively when they’re only safe in Israel, particularly among the Jewish population."
GB News didn’t cause the Berlin terror attack - spiked - "far too many in Europe’s political class refuse to attribute the attack to its Islamist perpetrator. For them, the ‘real’ culprits are populist political parties, commentators and critics of all things woke. In Britain, Labour MP Kate Osborne has tried to pin the blame for the attack in Berlin on Reform UK and GB News. She claims that the likes of Nigel Farage and Patrick Christys have used ‘language that attacks and vilifies the LGBTQ+ community’, and that this ‘escalation of hate against gay people’ has now become a ‘catalyst for real-world physical violence’. It was this, apparently, that caused Ballout to drive a white van into a crowded gay-pride parade. Other responses to the attack – which killed one woman and injured 29 others – were equally dishonest in seeking to obscure Ballout’s Islamist motivation. Speaking at the scene of the attack, German chancellor Friedrich Merz blamed ‘intolerance, exclusion, discrimination, stupid remarks, bad jokes’. His words were vague but the implication was obvious. He was blaming anyone critical of the modern LGBTQ+ movement, or anyone critical of ‘diversity’. One of the more remarkable comments was made by a speaker at a vigil for the attack. The LGBT activist said she hoped the attacker was ‘a white Christian person’. She was seemingly more worried about the perpetrator’s identity causing a ‘backlash’ against Muslims than she was about tackling the Islamist roots of yet another terror attack on German soil. No doubt, there was a similar reasoning at work when one of the organisers at Berlin Pride said the attack must not be used for ‘political ends’. All of these responses willfully hide what we know about the suspect"
The Greens’ progressive-Islamist alliance is doomed to fail - "One of the most typical British political responses to the Islamist attack on Berlin’s Gay Pride event on Saturday has been the refusal to call it that. Sir Chris Bryant, the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, has for example been busy on social media refusing to label the main suspect, Abdul Ballout, as an Islamist. “What ideology committed this crime? Be honest now?” he was asked. Bryant replied: “Hatred.” A newspaper reported that “a car ploughed through a park during Berlin’s biggest LGBT Pride event, killing at least one person and injuring more than a dozen others”. Who knew that cars had agency? Not for the Germans, this beating around the bush... The Berlin attack should act as a terrible warning to the likes of Polanski of the fundamental incompatibility between LGBT-embracing progressives and the Islamists with whom they are making common cause. It won’t, because they are too far down their Red-Green rabbit hole. Within the Greens, the “Global Majority Greens” faction – whose treasurer Mothin Ali is also a deputy leader of the party – has attacked Polanski for a “hierarchy of racism” for treating anti-Semitism complaints seriously (an irony given how Polanski has himself downplayed the seriousness of the threat to British Jews as merely a “perception”)."
