China has been dethroned for the title of Country of Crooks, Conmen and Swindlers.
That honour now belongs to Vietnam.
More details when I start my Vietnam travelogue (which will be after the Australia 2011 finishes).
(perhaps when I visit India, that will then take pride of place)
