This was dug up by someone. Originally the someone thought this was proof that NUS module feedback is not anonymous, but further probing has revealed that these are the results of another survey.

Still, it is de rigueur to say that survey results are kept anonymous (at least that's been the case for all NUS surveys I've taken).

It does make one wonder what is truly anonymous, and what isn't.
