Meme - Dispropaganda @Dispropoganda: "Once in power, Che Guevara assumed the role of sole jury and executioner under Fidel Castro's regime, in 1950's Cuba. The body count is hard to pin down with accuracy, but Che himself admitted to ordering hundreds of executions at La Cabafia during the first year alone. Many individuals imprisoned at La Cabaita, including human rights activist Armando Valladares, testify that Guevara took a personal interest in the interrogation, torture, and the execution of countless of political prisoners. Those who managed to survive say he frequently delivered the killing blow himself iin the side of the victim's head with his own pistol. Ina speech in front of the United Nations in 1964, Guevara proudly admitted that "yes, we have executed, we are executing, we will continue to execute." On the whole, between 15,000 and 17,000 people were executed by Che, Castro and the Cuban Communist regime."
Antifa Ultras @ultras_antifaa: ""The life of a single human being is worth a million times more than all the property of the richest man." -Che Guevara"

What’s Cuba going to do without oil deliveries? : r/TravelCuba - "People will die, no one will care, and Trump will brag that he won again."
"How is trump responsible for a failed communist experiment?"
"The US as a whole is fully responsible. The trade embargo the US enforces has always crippled the cuban economy. Militarily removing Maduro from office has cut Cuba off from Venezuelan fuel...who with the embargo were the main supplier of oil to cuba. When Cuba collapses, Trump can say " I did that" just like he molested thoae kids in the Epstein files."
"I dunno about that. The only thing the Cuban government seems to good at is eating and stealing from their subjects. The country has been on a slow motion suicide since the Special Period. Funny that kleptocracy and mismanagement don't get the blame, but the embargo does. You can pretty much get anything you want at a dollar store in Cuba. Unless of course you're a regular Joe with no access to dollars."
"Look at your comment viewership also. It’s all Canadians… raging at Trump… on a travel Cuba reddit forum. You can’t make this up."
"We're a funny bunch. There's a shill on Youtube who shows all the positives of the AIs and makes it clear that electricity and food and fuel are prioritized for the resorts so you'll have a GREAT trip! Can't think about that too hard, it might wreck your cheap vacation. We're a generous bunch and seem to be able to square the circle by bringing down USD tips, Tylenol and Tampax. Because we're HELPING all of Cuba! Yep, helping the 5% of loyal party members who get the cash cow jobs at the resorts who fund their black market side hustle with the humanitarian gifts we bring down. Virtue sigalling at its absolute highest. I was dumb. Multiple trips between 2001 and 2018. Woke up out of the ether when I found out who GAESA was. I didn't relish the idea of being a guest of the military. The big bellies on the people at the top tell me all I need to know. Never trust a fat man in a poor country."
"Well said, that mirrors what I saw in Cuba during the special period around 2000. I visited Cuba as an idealistic first-world marxist, I left Cuba two weeks later rethinking my entire world view and ditching marxism a year or so later. Now I vote conservative and libertarian."
"What’s Cuba going to do without oil deliveries? : r/TravelCuba - "As a Cuban this is so funny to read. You think the USA is the king and owner of everything?? There are hundreds of other countries to trade with and build partnerships with. Cuba hasn’t done this for what reason? The Cuban people are not angry at the American government… they are angry at their own government for neglecting them for decades and when anyone cries the simple answer is : American Blockade? 🤣 The Cubans laugh when they hear that. Genuinely you can’t be so blind."
"As a Canadian who sees this, the only thing I can think of is their hatred of trump blinds them from anything else"

Blackouts force ETECSA to cut services across Cuba : r/TravelCuba - "I wish I could go and help, USA is killing people."
"Can you please tag me on at least one post where you were outraged that the Cuban government was directly killing people"
Clearly, the US placing partial sanctions on Cuba in 1960 forced Che Guevara to execute 176 political prisoners in La Cabaña Fortress in 1959

Meme - Common Sense Extremists: "Turkish man living in America thinks he knows more about Cuba than a Cuban from Cuba."
hasanabi @hasanthehun: "gross"
Pop Base @PopBase: "Camila Cabello raises awareness for the living conditions in Cuba: "It has been 67 years of a failing dictatorship and an oppressive regime. The Cuban people are suffering in an echo chamber where no one can hear them because to speak is to risk your life. Many people are Show more"

Meme - justinaferrol: "To the Trump supporters. Cuba has been without power and water for nine days!"
atnield: "Cuban here. Cuba has been without power, water, food, medicine, and freedom for 67 years and the main reason is called communism."

Meme - Luis Mario Ochoa: "As in the past, and every time Cuba hits the international news, CBC Canadian Braodcastin Corp, again has contacted me to ask for my Opinion, and I have gladly given it to them. They just called today for a "pre-interview", but after I told them my opinion (that has never changed) on the "current" situation in Cuba, they won't be moving on with the interview... seems they don't want to hear what I had to say. Sounds like they are looking for the "lift the embargo" crowd, while I want the embargo to hit the hardest so that the tyranny either falls, or the people take to the streets to topple it... this time with the support (even if moral) of a foreign force. Oh Canada, I love YOU though!"
"Hi Luis Mario, this is Chloe from CBC. I wanted to let you know we won't be moving forward with the interview on Monday. But thank you so much for chatting with me anyway"

Cuban protesters burn down Communist Party office - "Protesters in Cuba burnt down a Communist Party office in a rare display of anti-government dissent. Footage showed dozens of people chanting “liberty” as they attacked the official building in the town of Morón with rocks and set fire to computers and furniture in the street. Five people have been arrested on suspicion of “vandalism” in relation to the incident, which took place 300 miles east of Havana in the early hours of Saturday... The town of Morón was also the site of protests in 2021 as dissent grew about blackouts, food shortages and a spiking coronavirus outbreak. While the country’s constitution grants citizens the right to demonstrate, a law more specifically defining those rights has stalled. The 2021 protests were met with a brutal crackdown, human rights groups reported. Estimates say Cuba has jailed between 1,000 and 1,500 people since those widespread protests, with some serving long prison terms."
Damn US embargo, forcing Cuba to jail peaceful protesters!

Vatnik Soup on X - "A group of entitled champagne socialists went to Cuba to “deliver aid.” The group included Hasan Piker (wearing $1,380 Cartier glasses) and pro-CCP, pro-Kremlin Code Pink activists. They flew in first class, stayed at a five-star hotel, and partied all night while most Cubans had no electricity. They probably ate more food than they delivered."

Reynier de la Torre on X - "THE WORLD NEEDS TO SEE THIS 🇨🇺 Members of the VIP flotilla of Pablo Iglesias and Hasan Piker throw food at Cuban children to dance while they record videos for their social networks. The man recording is saying, how disrespectful is taking advantage of the misery of the Cuban people to make content. Video & text: Agustin Antonetti"
Michael Elgort on X - "Those who came to Cuba kept calling Nova Music Festival on October 7 in Israel as “the concert by an open air prison” (which was a lie) Now they organized a music festival surrounded by people who de facto live in the open air prison, but they don’t notice the juxtaposition here"

Right Angle News Network on X - "BREAKING - It’s now been revealed the Cuban regime was forced to deploy armed security to protect the five-star hotel where champagne socialists like Hasan were staying, fearing locals might attempt to storm it in protest of the country’s electricity being diverted to the hotel."

CyberBoy on X - "Did CodePinks humanitarian festival cause a blackout in Havana, Cuba?"
Thomas van Linge on X - "This is so embarrassing. They came to Cuba in their hundreds, carrying less food then they would end up eating there, only to tour around in little buses and party at private concerts while Cubans continue to suffer repression, poverty, shortages and power cuts. How much electricity did this little concert cost btw?"

Antifa_Ultras on X - "#Kneecap, who went to Havana in solidarity against the US blockade: “I can't remember the last time Cuba invaded a country. Can you?”"
Pepin 🇺🇦🇮🇱 on X - "You fucking idiot terrorist, here are all the countries where the “Cuban revolution” tried to impose communism by force. https://t.co/vYmykergj6 Panamá - 1959 Nicaragua - 1959 República Dominicana - 1959 Haití - 1959 Argentina - 1963 Venezuela - 1967 Perú - 1960 Guatemala - 1960 Colombia - 1962 El Salvador - 1980 Bolivia - 1966"
JC in NJ (Slava Ukraini) 🇺🇸🇺🇦🇮🇱 on X - "Nicaragua, Bolivia, Panama, Dominican Republic, Angola, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Congo, Angola , Ethiopia ,Yemen, Algeria, Iraq, Syria , Israel, Grenada... Thats the short list of what he can't remeber."
Mark Ashworth on X - "Since 1959: Dominican Republic Panama Haiti Ethiopia Venezuela (twice) Angola (twice) Grenada Israel (Golan Heights)"

I Meme Therefore I Am 🇺🇸 on X - "🚨BREAKING: Just hours after Irish rappers Kneecap blasted the amps and turned a Havana concert into a rave for Code Pink activists chanting anti-blockade slogans, reports claim local hospital went dark and ventilator patients died. Meanwhile, members of the communist flotilla stayed in 5-star hotels with the lights blazing and AC running. No one cashes in on capitalism faster than the clowns preaching communism."

End Wokeness on X - "Hasan Piker says the Cuban people like not having electricity (while staying in Cuba's exclusive hotel with power)"

Eyal Yakoby on X - "BREAKING: Christian Smalls arrives in Cuba wearing diamond-encrusted Versace gold necklaces. This is while the Cuban children in the picture don’t have access to electricity."
Bad Hombre on X - "Perhaps one of the best case studies of the leftist grifter industrial complex.
> Starts as an Amazon warehouse picker complaining about working conditions on Instagram.
> The union formed at the Staten Island warehouse was immediately plagued with infighting and corruption.
> Gets amplified by AOC and Bernie.
> Lands a book deal from Penguin Random House.
> Parasitically moves on to the “Free Palestine” movement.
> Net worth explodes 7,000%.
> Now working with the Chinese Communist Party’s Code Pink on propaganda trips in Cuba."

LA\/ENDER on X - "It just seems absolutely wild to me. Like none of them even dressed down out of respect, they all went in their jewels and finest, most expensive outfits because they wanted to look good in their own photos and off the hanger shirt and jeans just wouldn't cut it. If you'd told me a bunch of wealthy people would do a poverty tour of Cuba. Dressed all in gold and jewels and designer gear. Then retire to a grand hotel to wine, dine and dance the night away whilst everyone else in the country was in total darkness without power and struggling, I'd have thought you were describing Soviet era propaganda of their Capitalist enemy that was just too on the nose for even them to take seriously. How do even half the people who went still get called progressives or even socialists. When they are direct stand in's of most decadent depictions of wealthy, ignorant, self aggrandising capitalists and nobles."

Visegrád 24 on X - "Angry Cuban man goes to the hotel where the Code Pink communists are staying in Cuba. They get to enjoy electricity thanks to a generator but 99.9% of Cubans are without electricity tonight after the nationwide blackout 🇨🇺"
Sophie Fullerton on X - "What I find most jarring about the Western anti-imperialist left is that there’s this unspoken racism embedded in everything they do. From Syria, Venezuela, Iran, and now Cuba. Unlike the far-right, where racism is unapologetic, this version operates within a framework that assumes the people they claim to defend are somehow primitive. To the Western leftist, the local, native, or diaspora is seen as inferior in their intellectual understanding of politics and even their own countries realities. Because of this, these anti imperialists leftist easily justify their warped behavior of indulging in luxury regime sponsored trips, carrying water for despots and ultimately silencing victims."

Daniel Turner on X - "Greta Thunberg in 2023: If we don't end fossil fuels, it will be a "death sentence."
Greta Thunberg in 2026: President Trump must allow oil imports to Cuba.
I guess the "climate crisis" has negotiable deadlines."

T Wolf 🌁 on X - "Greta is the biggest grifter of all time. She went from climate action to supporting Hamas to supporting the the Ayatollahs, and now the Communists in Cuba just to stay relevant. What a 🤡."
Sean Fitzgerald (Actual Justice Warrior) on X - "You're missing the point, it is all 1 issue. Anti-West, Anti-American Anti-Capitalism. Climate was just a mechanism to push western powers to destroy their own economies/nations. Of course she's aligning with enemies, her whole goal has always been to destroy us"

Michael Elgort on X - "Anti-Israeli BDS activists brought CME infusion pumps (Caesarea Medical Electronics) to Cuba… that bans stuff made in Israel I have seen self owns on this platform, but this one takes the cake by a mile"

Claire on X - "Just a quick reminder that the Cuban poverty safari isn’t unique. In 2019 Max Blumenthal, Rania Khalek, and Ajamu Baraka had their own Assad sponsored 5 star vacation, while working for Russian state media, to the heart of the civil war in Syria where they stood steps away from torture facilities to declare how awesome things are."

bloom 𖧧 on X - "Hasan says Cubans in Miami vs Cuba are “complete opposites” after experiencing it firsthand "All the good Cubans stayed here and the crazy ones flew up there [Miami].. It's just such a strange cognitive dissonance to experience in real time""
Sophie Fullerton on X - "The problem with the American anti-imperialist left is that, in many cases, their activism is built around a savior complex that expects the oppressed to operate within a monolithic victimization tied to a preferred political identity, one that ultimately serves the agenda of the savior (in this case, the anti-imperialist left). When said victim does not act as expected, they are met with vitriol and disdain. This is why the Western left often has disdain for diaspora communities, because they can’t fit them into their preferred ideological box."

Germania Rodriguez Poleo on X - "Cuban journalist @yoanisanchez on the Useful Idiot convoy: ‘They claim they want to "break the energy blockade" but the meet at the Convention Palace, spending the electricity that would illuminate several buildings in my neighborhood plunged in darkness. ‘In front of microphones they reject "the policy of suffocation" against the Island and yet they embrace those who silence us, take pictures with those who repress us and smile next to those who destroy our nation, making our children emigrate and drowning our hope.’"
Jeremiah Johnson 🌐 on X - "The thing that defines Hasan, Code Pink, and most of the DSA-extended-universe convoy members is not complicated. It's "America Bad". Look, sometimes America is bad. But that's quite literally the only lens they're capable of seeing the world through. It's why the DSA cozied up to Maduro. It's why Hasan thinks the Houthi terrorists are so cool and said America deserved 9/11. If something is against America, it's good. End of story. They don't have an ideology beyond that."

Ilhan Omar on X - "I am incredibly proud of Isra and everyone who made the trip to Cuba. They took tons of aid to make sure the people of Cuba knew that there are so many people across the world who stand in solidarity with them. Cuba has always sent aid to countries in need and has trained thousands of physicians across the world, including my childhood physician. @israhirsi is more than just my daughter, she is a brilliant young leader who has always worked hard to advocate for a more just world. She inspires me and so many people with her leadership and dedication. I am forever fortunate to have her as my daughter but I am even more fortunate to know her as the unflinching justice warrior for justice she is. #letcubalive"
Amelia Adams on X - "Love for brutal dictatorships runs in the family. Isra’s grandpa (Ilhan’s father) served as a colonel under Siad Barre. Gramps is certainly looking up at his granddaughter & beaming with pride!"

Meme - Richard Burgon MP @RichardBurgon: "Some of the medical aid I've brought directly with me to Cuba, as Trump tries to strangle the Cuban people. Today we'll be receiving tonnes more as the Nuestra America Aid Convoy arrives. Aid is arriving all the time from Britain thanks to solidarity. Donate to Viva Cuba below."
Readers added context they thought people might want to know: "No evidence these CME pumps were restricted in Cuba due to Donald Trump. CME = Caesarea Medical Electronics, an Israeli manufacturer. Cuba cut ties with Israel in 1973, so restrictions relate to longstanding policy, not Trump."
Clearly, US Sanctions forced Cuba to cut relations with Israel, denying them lifesaving medical devices
