Doe v. Bolton - Health Includes Physical, Emotional, And Psychological Well-being - Abortion, Court, Georgia, and Woman - "Doe v. Bolton was the companion case to Roe v. Wade (1973), the landmark case in which the Court ruled that the Fourteenth Amendment provided a fundamental right for women to obtain abortions... All these factors may relate to health.""
In other words, the proposal was to allow late term abortion for any reason whatsoever. In the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), the 1967 abortion act similarly only allows abortion for "health" reasons - and we know abortions are not hard to come by there
