Radical organizations and NGOs poured huge amounts of money into protecting the refugee’s right to remain in Germany at all costs and fought the state to prevent their deportation.
4. Yes, you heard that right. While the state sought to deport refugee rapists back to their home countries, organizations led by people calling themselves “the left” (if you imagined someone with blue hair and another wearing a keffiyeh scarf, you’re right) fought to protect the rapist refugee’s right to remain in Germany. Their reasoning was that his right to life and protection superseded everything else, despite his past.
5. People always assume I became disillusioned on October 7, but it happened long before that. One of my biggest breaking points was back then when I realized that liberalism was sabotaging itself. When you see that on one hand, people boycott an artist based on mere suspicion, but on the other hand, they do everything to protect a refugee with a history of raping - it was too much for me to handle. Just like the absurdity of LGBTQ+ people supporting Hamas.

There’s a difference between saying, “All refugees are rapists,” and saying: Among those coming from Syria, a country ravaged by terrorism and lacking democracy, there’s more sexual violence, and this needs to be addressed. Yes, it’s possible and necessary to discuss these phenomena without fear of being labeled a racist. The tools exist. Pointing out a widespread problem doesn’t make you a racist.
7. Before attending university, I studied German in a state-mandated course. It was a German language course, but at the end, you also had to pass an exam in German culture and history. The exam questions were so absurd I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry: “Is a woman allowed to express her opinions? Do women have the right to their own bodies? The judge not only issued the man no prison time, but actually complimented him during his sentencing due to the man’s “positive” development in German society. The judge said these words verbatim at a rape trial in which the man was convicted: “You are well on your way to becoming a completely normal citizen here.” The judge the also literally said that the rape intensity was “at the lower end.”... Free speech advocates say that Germany is veering towards autocracy, where any critic of the government can face police raids and prosecutions. In some cases, courts have overruled these fines and prosecutions in order to preserve free speech rights."
Germany: Man criticizes judge who fined Syrian for raping 15-year-old girl, gets fined twice as much - "A German man who described a judge as “obviously mentally disturbed” — after the judge issued a light sentence to a Syrian who raped a 15-year-old girl — was slapped with a €5,000 fine for “insulting” the judge. This fine given to Paul S., whose name has been changed to protect his identity, was almost double the fine given to the Syrian rapist. The Syrian not only did not have to serve prison time but was even complimented during his trial by the district judge for his integration efforts. The judge in the case issued a suspended sentence, a form of probation, to the 30-year-old Syrian rapist, and he only had to pay his victim the sum of €3,000."

Notably, Kyrath’s own daughter was murdered by a migrant who was supposed to have been deported but never was, despite previous rape convictions. “First of all, I’ve heard this story too,” said Scholz, regarding the “Handbook Germany” website. He claimed it was a “decision made a long time ago to support an association that passes on this information.” He had been told “that the support has long since been stopped.” However, this was an outright falsehood.
