Another interesting part of the Penal Code

Section 504: Intentional insult with intent to provoke a breach of the peace
Whoever intentionally insults, and thereby gives provocation to any person, intending or knowing it to be likely that such provocation will cause him to break the public peace, or to commit any other offence, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 2 years, or with fine, or with both.

Does this mean that if I stare at a fierce-looking man with tattoos, he asks me "kuah simi?" ("what are you looking at?") in a challenging tone, and I continue to stare (or give a droll reply)

I tried to find examples of this law in action, but have not been very successful, finding only one example:

In Malaysia people were investigated under this law for stepping on "photographs of Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak and his wife Rosmah Mansor"
