There was a boardgames shop open "tous les jours". However in France, "tous les jours" (every day) does not mean every day, but Monday to Saturday. Gah.

At the shop, there were suggested times for how long games took to explain. "City of Horrors" supposedly could be explained in 5 minutes (for a 45€ game, right). "Catane" (Settlers of Catan) supposedly would take 10, Civilization 45, The Resistance 5, Bang 10, Munchkins 5 and Carcassonne 10. Hah.
