Gloria Allred slams The New Yorker for hosting Hamas rape apologist - "Gloria Allred has criticised the New Yorker for inviting a Hamas rape apologist to speak at an event. Hasan Piker, an influencer described by the New Yorker as a “commentator”, will participate in a “round table event” on the “New Political Arena”. Mr Piker has made a slew of anti-Semitic remarks, describing Orthodox Jews as “inbred” and played down the sexual assault of women on October 7. “It doesn’t matter if rapes happened on October 7,” he said during a Twitch stream. “It doesn’t change the dynamic for me even this much.”... Allred, the feminist lawyer who has represented victims of Harvey Weinstein and Jeffrey Epstein told the Telegraph Mr Piker should not be hosted by the New Yorker because of his comments condoning rapes which occurred on October 7... “Piker’s toxic and extreme rhetoric opposing Zionism and the Jewish state normalises anti-Semitism, reinforces bigotry, and launders terror – and it has no place at a conference devoted to prominent influencers. “His appearing at a festival alongside such notables as Salman Rushdie, who lived for decades under threat of death from the Iranian regime, is deeply ironic, considering that Iran supports Hezbollah and the Houthis, two groups that Piker has openly admired and celebrated. “Not only has Piker inexplicably compared the Houthis to Holocaust victim Anne Frank, he has labelled Hezbollah as a ‘successful… resistance group,’ stated that ‘America deserved 9/11,’ and that ‘it doesn’t matter if rapes happened on October 7... In March 2024, he described Jewish settlers on the West Bank as “inbred”. The following month, he laughed when a student complained about Jewish students being called “inbred and uncultured”."
It's only rape culture if the left disapprove of it
Museum ‘cowering to anti-Semitic mob’ by postponing Jewish exhibition - "A museum has been accused of “cowering to an anti-Semitic” mob by postponing a Jewish heritage exhibition. The Russell-Cotes Museum in Bournemouth, Dorset, was set to open an exhibition about the growth of the seaside town’s Jewish community between 1880 and 2020 in November. But it has since announced that the exhibition will no longer begin this year because of the “potential risks at a sensitive time”. It follows a spate of anti-Semitic attacks in the East Cliff area of Bournemouth last month, in which a Jewish teenager was shot with an air rifle while walking to a synagogue and graffiti of Nazi swastikas was sprayed on the homes of several members of the Jewish community."
Hen Mazzig on X - "Let’s be clear: The war in Gaza is not responsible for Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim’s murder. Only their murderer is. Syrians weren’t gunned down in the streets after a war that claimed over 500,000 lives. Russians weren’t hunted after invading Ukraine. No one shot Yemenis, Sudanese, Iranians, Iraqis, Afghans, or Koreans in foreign cities because of war. Wars rage across the world — tragically, constantly. But only Israelis and Jews are hunted down and murdered thousands of kilometers away."

Three Big Lies About the Israel-Hamas War - WSJ - "Israel is “reoccupying” Gaza. True, two ministers in Benjamin Netanyahu’s government have said, without shame, that they dream of doing so. But this isn’t the strategy of the Israel Defense Forces or the position of the government. Whether one likes Mr. Netanyahu or not, the least one can do is listen. On Fox News, on Aug. 7, he said he wants the IDF to drive out Hamas and take control of Gaza—but “without administering it” and handing it over to a “civil government” as soon as possible. “We do not want to keep Gaza, we do not want to govern Gaza.” How could he be clearer?... One can’t keep repeating, ad nauseam, in a perpetual “J’accuse!” tone that Israel is occupying Gaza.
Israel is using star as a “weapon of war” in Gaza. Look at the hundreds of trucks that have passed inspection, with Israelis ensuring they are not also carrying weapons. These trucks don’t wait at border crossings. They wait inside Gaza. And then what happens? At one point, the United Nations agencies charged with aid distribution couldn’t prevent them from being looted by Hamas or gangs linked to it. Then Israel, with the U.S., set up the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, to which the U.N. agencies replied: No thanks, the starving can wait, we won’t touch that bread, we will not collaborate with those people. Then Israel agreed to work with the official agencies if they purged their ranks of Hamas activists. The agencies replied that Gaza was too dangerous. Then Israel offered to open humanitarian corridors 10 hours a day in areas including Al-Mawasi, Deir al-Balah and Gaza City. The agencies demanded Israeli military convoys, even as they accused the Israeli military of engineering a famine...
Israel is committing “genocide” in Gaza. True, there are pyramids of the dead. Children killed in the flower of their age. And not enough pressure on Hamas and its sponsors to stop this atrocious war. But words have meaning. To say “genocide” means a plan—a deliberate, targeted initiative to destroy a people. That isn’t what the Israeli army is doing. Perhaps it is waging the war badly—though who would do better in an asymmetric conflict when the enemy’s goal isn’t to minimize casualties on its own side but to maximize them, so that every martyr is a trophy and a reason to continue a fight whose aim is not a state for the Palestinians, but no state at all for the Israelis? A genocidal army doesn’t take two years to win a war in a territory the size of Las Vegas. A genocidal army doesn’t send SMS warnings before firing or facilitate the passage of those trying to escape the strikes. A genocidal army wouldn’t evacuate, every month, hundreds of Palestinian children suffering from rare diseases or cancer, sending them to hospitals in Abu Dhabi as part of a medical airlift set up right after Oct. 7. To speak of genocide in Gaza is an offense to common sense, a maneuver to demonize Israel, and an insult to the victims of genocides past and present."

Thread by @SpencerJJoseph on Thread Reader App – Thread Reader App - "Imagine being so intellectually and morally retarded that you ignore millions being killed, tortured and displaced across the Arab-Islamic world to focus exclusively on Israel’s actions against a genocidal death cult. Sad, bigoted and pathetic. There are many conflicting accounts of the war in Gaza. It is difficult, perhaps impossible, to know the full truth. But we do know how this war started on Oct 7th. Not resistance, not de-colonization. A group of explicitly genocidal terrorists murdering civilians and then taking hostages. Exactly the same Islamist violence that we’ve seen all over the world. The leadership of Iran and Qatar will never allow peace between Israelis and Palestinians. They will continue to fund their vision of an Islamic caliphate spreading across the Middle East, North Africa and the rest of the world."

Greta’s latest Gaza stunt will be as useless as her last one - "The sequel is rarely as good as the original, so it’s unlikely that “Greta II: the Flotilla Returns” will be as uproariously hilarious as the first version starring Greta Thunberg, the Swedish activist best known for her time as a teen climate campaigner. Thunberg is sailing today from Barcelona towards the coast of Gaza in an attempt to recreate the same stunt she tried in June, when she was one of a dozen activists on a boat carrying what they called a “symbolic” amount of aid for Gaza. The boat was intercepted by Israeli forces, with the passengers detained and then expelled by Israel. “Symbolic” was the only word that mattered, because it wasn’t an actual aid mission; it was a publicity stunt. The publicity they secured wasn’t quite what they expected. As a climate activist Thunberg was used to world leaders and the media prostrating themselves before her. The idea that her presence in a war zone might not have been welcomed by the Israelis doesn’t seem to have occurred to her. The resulting footage of the boat being boarded and Thunberg’s subsequent time in Israel turned out to be comedy gold – at her expense. “We’ve been kidnapped!”, she yelled. “This is a war crime!”, shouted another of the crew, as Israeli soldiers handed round sandwiches and blankets to the activists. The Israelis, who have not had much to laugh about since the Hamas massacre on October 7 2023, then went overboard with social media posts, describing the “selfie yacht” of “celebrities”: The “tiny amount of aid on the yacht [that] was not consumed by the celebrities will now be transferred to Gaza”, the foreign ministry posted... Thunberg is the exemplar of the so-called “omnicause”. Much like the British protestors who have sought arrest by holding placards announcing their support for Palestine Action, the proscribed organisation, their actions are driven not because they have any particular focus on Gaza or Palestine Action. It is because they are examples of the causes which today’s modern activists must champion, along with the “climate emergency” and the fight for “trans rights”. It is the same people demonstrating about the same things. If you drew a Venn diagram of Palestine, eco and trans activists, it would look like an eclipse of the sun, because they are one and the same people. The blending of Thunberg’s eco-activism and her presence on the Gaza flotilla is perfectly expressed in an earlier, unrelated, statement by Just Stop Oil: “Palestinians are among the most vulnerable people on earth to the effects of climate collapse, and in the daily struggle to survive in an apartheid state, they have no capacity to protect themselves against what is coming.” Another group, Youth Demand, seeks to expose the UK government’s “complicity in genocide: the Palestinian genocide and the global genocide from burning fossil fuels.”"

Banksy Judge Mural Erased in London Censorship Clash - "On September 8, 2025, Banksy unveiled a mural on the Royal Courts of Justice in London. The image showed a bewigged judge striking a protester with a gavel as the protester lay on the ground clutching a placard splashed with red. The placement was deliberate. By choosing the nation’s highest court as his canvas, Banksy drew attention to the ongoing crackdown on pro-Palestine demonstrations. In the months before, nearly 900 people had been arrested under the government’s new measures against the activist network Palestine Action. The artwork appeared at a moment when many questioned whether civil liberties in Britain were shrinking... Officials from HM Courts and Tribunals announced that the mural would be removed. They argued that the 143-year-old Royal Courts of Justice was a listed building and needed protection from criminal damage. The wall was quickly covered by sheets and a removal order followed. To Banksy’s supporters, the speed of the reaction seemed to confirm the very message of the mural. A work that mocked censorship was censored almost immediately."
Amazing. If you don't allow left wing vandalism of historic buildings, this is censorship
Nobody is above the law - unless it pushes the left wing agenda
The same people who think civil liberties means being able to support a terrorist organisation, sabotage military equipment and attack people with sledgehammers, as well as claiming that freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from the consequences of that speech, want people arrested for tweeting something they don't like and to jail "incels" and the "far right"
The full story of why Palestine Action was proscribed as a terror group - "proscription of Palestine Action had been under consideration for some time as the organisation ramped up its drive against Britain’s defence sector, targeting companies linked to Israel in particular. Now, the Government is facing a backlash over the move, with the arrest of hundreds of supporters of the group over the weekend fuelling accusations its response has been “draconian”. But insiders and experts have pushed back, arguing the decision would not have been taken lightly and suggesting the Government is likely to have an extensive dossier of troubling evidence about the group’s true, sinister nature – one that may include links to Iran and perhaps even the explicit targeting of Jewish-owned businesses. A large amount of information about Palestine Action has already been put into the public domain. In her Commons statement, Cooper said the Brize Norton attack was the “latest in a long history of unacceptable criminal damage” committed by the group. Among more than 300 incidents which Palestine Action has claimed responsibility for was an attack on the Thales defence factory in Glasgow in 2022 which caused over a million pounds of damage to submarine parts. Lord Walney, the Government’s independent adviser on political violence and disruption from 2020 to 2025, told The Telegraph that Palestine Action had carried out a “five-year long campaign of criminal sabotage” and had been allowed to operate “with impunity” for too long, live-streaming its attacks on social media. In May 2024, the former Labour MP wrote a report, Protecting our Democracy from Coercion, warning that prosecutions of Palestine Action activists appeared to be having “little impact” on the group’s determination to shut down Elbit UK, a defence technology company targeted for its links to Israel. Walney called on the government to do more to protect the defence sector from “sustained ideologically motivated criminal campaigns”, though he stopped short of recommending proscription for Palestine Action. He has since changed his mind. “They meet the bar,” he says. “We need to educate people that sabotage can constitute terrorism as well as violence against individuals.” What altered Walney’s thinking and helped convince the Home Secretary to ban Palestine Action is evidence of a serious escalation in its activities, including an attack in May on a Jewish-owned business in Stamford Hill, north London, an area with a large community of Orthodox Jews. The premises was daubed with red paint and had its shop window smashed. Palestine Action said the property was linked to Elbit, a claim the business denies... Adding to alarm about Palestine Action is a lack of clarity about its funding sources. It has been reported that Home Office officials have been investigating whether the Iranian regime or proxy groups linked to Iran have been supporting it financially. While Palestine Action has described claims to that effect as “baseless smears”, it has received public backing from the Iran-aligned Islamic Human Rights Commission (IHRC)... In July, Parliament’s Intelligence and Security Committee warned of Iran’s growing influence in Britain through proxy groups, criminal networks and militant organisations. The committee said in a report that there had been 15 murder or kidnap attempts against British citizens or UK-based individuals between 2022 and August 2023 with an increased threat to Jewish and Israeli interests. As for what Whitehall is seeing behind the scenes that has caused such alarm, No 10 is keeping schtum. Many people “may not yet know and understand the reality of this organisation”, the Prime Minister’s official spokesman told The Telegraph on Monday, but it is “very clear” that it is not “non-violent”. Chris Phillips, who headed the National Counter Terrorism Security Office for six years, says the Government will have received secret intelligence about Palestine Action that it is unable to disclose alongside reports of recent incidents. “To take the extraordinary step of proscription shows there’s a great deal more that is not out in the open,” he says... The process for deciding whether to proscribe an organisation is described by insiders as “rigorous” and involves submissions from counter-terrorism detectives, analysts at the Security Service, MI5 and other law-enforcement agencies. The information is pulled together by specialists in the Joint Terrorism Assessment Centre (JTAC), which is based in MI5. Sir Mark Rowley, the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, said his force had “laid out to government the operational basis” for proscribing Palestine Action which he described as an “organised, extremist criminal group”. Cooper said the decision followed “strong security advice” and an assessment from JTAC that the group “prepares for terrorism”. She cited “concerning information referencing plans and ideas for further attacks”, but said the details could not be revealed publicly because of ongoing legal proceedings. “Many people may not yet know the reality of this organisation,” the Home Secretary added. The Prime Minister’s spokesman said that JTAC had concluded “Palestine Action has committed three separate acts of terrorism”."

"Honestly? Angry and disgusted. I can't understand this fixation they have with this issue, and with muslims in general. There are people protesting in the streets! They are not protesting for wages, workers' rights, education, healthcare, housing, no, they are protesting for Gaza! There's a union here that even threatened a general strike if those boats do not reach Gaza! A general strike! I saw on the news an interview with a teacher the other day, she said: "I don't have a permanent contract, this is the time of the year when schools call people for the year, but I think it's more important for me to be on this boat, I wouldn't forgive myself I didn't join to do my part."... yeah, must be nice not having to work to survive... I haven't never seen this kind of reaction after terrorists attacks, both abroad and in Europe. They don't question the fact that hamas leaders are millionaire, or that whatever news comes out of Gaza is crafted and decided by hamas, or that they stage photos and videos, that they may be withholding food and aid for the population, that they use money to build weapons, that they've been using for years the people they claim they want to protect as human shields. They don't question that the arabs have always refused any two-State proposition. No, never question all of this! And don't question who's behind this whole flotilla farce. Starmer has declared war on Western values - "The double standards are sickening. There was anger that Isaac Herzog, Israel’s Left-wing president, is in Britain meeting Sir Keir Starmer; yet the PM’s tête-à-tête with the Palestinian Authority dictator Mahmoud Abbas, holder of an anti-Semitic PhD from a Soviet university and proponent of pay-per slay support for the families of Palestinian terrorists, was uncontroversial. How can this be right? And why doesn’t Starmer put maximum pressure on Hamas to release its hostages and quit Gaza, and make the case for a multinational, Arab-backed temporary government to rebuild it, rather than promising to unconditionally recognise a virtual Palestinian state that would still be committed to Israel’s obliteration? Does Labour only pretend to care about Gazan civilians? Britain, courtesy of a ruling class that has lost its moral bearings, home of Left-wing broadcasters that no longer pretend to be objective, is now among the global centres of Israelophobia. The Jewish state is always on trial, guilty until proven innocent, its motives inherently suspect, its claims reflexively disbelieved, its every faux pas, real or imagined, triggering an atavistic eruption of “I told you sos” from obsessive haters. Israel’s enemies, by contrast, are able to plead lack of agency. The savage Hamas blackmailers who were targeted in Qatar rebranded themselves as “the negotiation team”, even though they were the terror group’s most hardline leaders. Each one of their blood libels, of their incendiary calumnies, goes around the world, lapped up by a gullible audience that never learns. A little more mud sticks every time. Israel isn’t committing a genocide, as the Foreign Office has quietly admitted, and yet 45 per cent of voters believe, absurdly, that Israel treats the Palestinians like the Nazis treated the Jews. Israel needs to fight anew for its legitimacy every day, unlike every other country. It is never given the benefit of the doubt. Britain, America, France: all have made terrible errors in wartime, all are plagued by their fair share of rogues, and yet few believe that these nations have forfeited the right to exist as a result... There is no empathy, no contextualisation, no historical knowledge, no interest in all the times Israel sought to agree a land-for-peace swap but was rejected. Israel must be perfect, more moral than anybody else, or else it will be demonised, vilified and sanctioned. The West projects upon Israel all of its own demons, every pathology of its own history, every one of its nihilistic ideologies. Our Western-centric, secular intelligentsia refuses to accept that Palestinian elites are rejectionists. They don’t want a two-state solution: they want control, from the river to the sea, with the Jews ethnically cleansed. The West has forgotten just how destructive wars of national survival, such as the Second World War, inevitably are. We have even memory-holed recent urban conflicts like Fallujah, and view the war in Gaza through inane, semi-pacifist lenses. Hamas pioneered a new form of warfare, squandering billions in aid to build a network of tunnels under homes, hospitals and mosques. This will be studied by military historians for centuries; Israel has so far only destroyed 35-40 per cent of all these tunnels. Gaza’s population is used as human shields, in the hope that as many as possible are killed to score propaganda points, while the terrorists hide in tunnels. It’s an obscenity, and the West falls for it... In today’s post-Protestant woke world, which worships a certain form of weakness and glamourises the oppressed, Israeli Jews are too strong. Their country represents everything the woke detest: a patriotic, demographically healthy nation-state that believes in strong borders and military virtues, all with a biblical backdrop. The Left, which used to see Israel as a case study in decolonisation and anti-imperialism, a beautiful story of the return of a dispossessed people to its indigenous homeland, has switched sides. It now falsely categorises Israel as a “settler-state”, like the US, Australia, Canada and New Zealand, countries that it deems to be axiomatically racist and guilty of “white supremacy” and “genocide”. To the woke, the Balfour declaration, a great moment, was Britain’s original sin"
