German club backs out of signing Israel striker after fan backlash : r/europe_sub - "Oh. Sure. Yeah, because one Israeli footballer is responsible for the whole war going on between Israel and Palestine."
German club backs out of signing Israel striker after fan backlash : r/europe_sub - "Hmm. Strangely silent, these fans, about national backgrounds which encourage the subjugation of women, the genocide of homosexuals...."

Hen Mazzig on X - "Jewish passengers on an Iberia flight from Argentina to Spain were served kosher meals labeled with the words “Free Palestine.”  Writing “Free Palestine” on a kosher food tray does nothing to help Palestinians, but it sure does intimidate Jewish passengers trapped on your plane for hours.  Oh, and by the way, Iberia is part of the same airline group as Vueling, the company accused of kicking an entire group of Jewish children off a flight."

Meme - "THE IRON DOME OF ISRAEL *rockets destroying incoming rockets*
THE IRON DOME OF HAMAS *Terrorist shooting pistol from under pram, with missile with "Death to Israel" behind*"

Hen Mazzig on X - "I’ve never understood why people would rather make glaring exceptions to their moral code than adhere to it uniformly.  You oppose violence against innocents, yet your support Hamas’s massacre of Israeli children.   You support indigenous rights, yet you rewrite 3,000 years of history to deny that Jews have a connection to Israel.   You’re antiwar, yet you insist on critiquing only Israel for a war Hamas started, giving them the support they need to keep it going.  You call for justice, yet explain to me how my family’s history of expulsion from Arab lands never actually happened.   Wouldn’t it be easier to just apply your morals consistently? Or is it just too challenging when Jews are involved?"
When you understand what the real moral principle is, there is no hypocrisy

dahlia kurtz ✡︎ דליה קורץ on X - "MAN COMPLETELY BREAKS DOWN OVER GAZA
He says he's bankrupt, homeless, unemployed — and refuses to accept a 9-to-5 job. Then starts crying about Gaza. Says he told his dad about it. But his dad told him it's all "fake." Then he breaks down more. Palestinianism is an illness."

Tima (ティマ) on X - "People who say most Israelis are genocidal because of opinion polls should not look at any polls done on Arab populations, especially regarding what they think is okay to do to Israelis."

Meme - "Palestinian [ pal-uh-stin-ee-uhn ]. A label created by Yasser Arafat in 1967 for the undesirable Arabs who were thrown out of Jordan and Egypt in order to create the false narrative of being indigenous to Israel, in an attempt to gain sympathy and turn world opinion against Israel and Jews."

Meme - "Apartheid? 0 Jews in Gaza. 2 Million Arabs in Israel, with full equal and civil rights. Numbers Don't Lie. Antisemites do"

Hen Mazzig on X - "Nothing screams sportsmanship like…banning the Star of David? Israeli hockey players have been informed they can play, as long as they leave any symbols of their identity at home. This is all starting to sound a bit too familiar."
Yet, banning the ISIS flag is Islamophobic

if you take nazi germany propaganda from the 1930s-1940s and switch the word jew with zionist/israel, you'll find out the similarity to reddit comments : r/AllOpinionsAccepted

Dutch nurse under investigation after threatening to kill Zionist patients - "A Muslim nurse in the Netherlands is being investigated for threatening on social media to kill Israeli patients.  According to local media reports, Btissame Chait-Said, who works as a home health nurse for the elderly in the Dutch town of Driebergen-Rijsenburg, posted on Instagram in mid-July that “all Zionists can die in healthcare and I’m happy to help.”  She also wrote, “You know what I do to Zionists: As a nurse practitioner, I give them an extra injection so they go to heaven.”...   Chait-Said denied making those posts, insisting that someone else broke into her account and wrote them under her name, De Telegraaf said...   However, the report noted, accounts on Facebook and X under her name, now deleted, have been posting inflammatory comments about Israel’s war with Gaza for some time.  In August of last year, for example, Chait-Said wrote that “Islam will always remain and there is nothing you pigs can do about it,” the report said. She also wrote about Zionists: “Your time will come. Spare no one.”...   The case is reminiscent of an incident in Australia earlier this year, when two nurses in a Sydney hospital were suspended from work for threatening on TikTok to kill Israeli patients and saying they would refuse to treat them...   Antisemitic incidents have risen to record levels in the Netherlands since October 7, 2023, when Hamas launched its war against Israel.  A record 421 antisemitic incidents were documented in the Netherlands in 2024, marking an 11 percent rise over the previous all-time high, according to the Center for Information and Documentation on Israel (CIDI), a Dutch Jewish watchdog group.  CIDI describes the findings as evidence of “an antisemitism crisis, which requires crisis management measures.”"

AG on X - "Reports from last week that Pastor Khalid Mezher, leader of the Good Shepherd Evangelical Church, in Sweida, Syria was massacred along with 20 of his family members when Islamist militants invaded his home."
Han Shawnity 🇺🇸 on X - "When Israel's accidental hit on the tip of a church in Gaza receives more coverage, condemnation, and outrage than the slaughter of entire Christian families by Islamists in Syria, it's pretty easy to see what the motivations are. Spoiler alert: it's not the protection of Christians."

Meme - "Everything you need to know about the depravity of the left in a single tweet~"
"They rape the girl in front of her tied-up parents and broadcast it to the family in Israel. What kind of creatures do such things?"
"Sorry bro. The holocaust ended 80 years ago. We don't feel sorry for one of the wealthiest countries in the world, bombing their neighbors at the behest of their own expansion. You can fuck all the way off. Israel will destroy itself"
"Dumbass, I was talking about what they're doing to the Druze."

António Guterres on X - "I’m alarmed by continued escalation of violence in Syria & unequivocally condemn all violence against civilians.  I condemn Israel’s escalatory airstrikes & reports of the IDF's redeployment of forces in the Golan.  I call for an immediate cessation of all violations of Syria’s sovereignty & territorial integrity."
Eylon Levy on X - "UN: Civilians must be protected!
Israel: OK, those Druze civilians are being massacred, we’ll protect them.
UN: No that’s not what we meant."

Mélanie Joly on X - "Bombing a hospital is an unthinkable act, and there is no doubt that doing so is absolutely illegal."
Eyal Yakoby on X - "Syrian Islamists surrounded, raided, and slaughtered an entire hospital of Druze today in Sweida. Unlike your post about Al-Ahli hospital, this massacre was real—yet you’ve said nothing."

Open Source Intel on X - "The EU calls on Israel to immediately halt its airstrikes in Syria."
Rawan Osman روان عثمان on X - "I’m Syrian, and I commend Israel for once again doing the world’s dirty work. While the Druze were being slaughtered, no one rushed to their aid—except Israel. People were dying while the EU was busy “discussing” and “condemning.” If you’re not willing to act, at least have the decency to stay out of the way. #Syria #Israel #Sweida #DruzeUnderAttack #Druze"
It's very obvious that terrorist supporters who claim to be against genocide aren't actually against genocide

Brother Rachid الأخ رشيد on X - "What you’re seeing happen to the Druze, Christians, Yazidis, and other minorities is exactly what the Jews sought to avoid when they established the State of Israel. They didn’t want their daughters to suffer the same fate as the Yazidis, or for their communities to face the same persecution now endured by Alawites, Christians, and Druze—while the world stands by and does nothing.  Don’t blame the Jews for building a state to protect themselves. Blame the aggressors who never allowed minorities to live in peace on their ancestral lands."

Hen Mazzig on X - "You’re “anti-genocide” — but you say nothing as Syrian jihadists massacre the Druze.  You’re “anti-starvation” — but you’re silent as the Houthis starve Yemenis.  You’re “anti-ethnic cleansing” — but you ignore what China is doing to the Uyghurs.   You’re “anti-apartheid” — but you’re fine with Kurds and Armenians being oppressed in Turkey.  You hate “Pinkwashing” — but you share the homophobic Qatari funded Al-Jazeera posts about LGBTQ+ issues.   You’re “anti-persecution” — but you’re silent as the Iranian regime hangs teenagers from cranes.  You’re “anti-war” — but you have nothing to say about the war in Sudan.  Just be honest, you only care about human suffering when you can weaponize it against one country and against only one people."

Marc Zell on X - "Syrian Human Rights Organization reports that more than 250 Druze have been massacred since the latest attacks.  There are reports that the government backed terrorists have kidnapped and raped girls under the age of 10 in front of their parents.  It’s October 7th all over again.    Supply of food, water, basic necessities for the Druze have been cut off.   Syrian forces were ostensibly sent to protect the Druze minority and they are filming their activity.  However, as soon as the TV cameras are turned off, the very same troops then start committing atrocities against the Druze civilians.  The Druze are asking the IDF to continue intervening to stop the massacres.     No public response from the Trump Administration.  On behalf of Republicans Overseas Israel I am begging President Trump and Secretary of State Rubio to issue a proclamation condemning the outrageous attacks by the Syrian government against the innocent Druze."

When "anti-Zionists" reveal that they just hate the Jews. Weird how anti-Zionists usually claim that modern Israel has nothing to do with ancient Israel. Much less how neither version existed for most of the 4 millennia

Jonah Platt on X - "We talk about Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia and the like, how academia and media and politicians were all united in widespread demonization of Jews, but folks look around today and go “well the media says… the politicians say….” I mean, what did you think that looked like?"

The retrenchment of Russian power and influence in the Middle East - "Russia’s retrenchment in the region since 2024 has shown it can only service one priority — its campaign in Ukraine.  Despite the photo opportunities and grand words, the reality of Iranian, Russian, and now Chinese relations is purely transactional. China buys around 90 per cent of Iran’s oil exports. Russia likely hopes to usurp this to offset the bargain basement prices China has paid for Russian oil since 2022, and Russia has sensed an opportunity to try to restart negotiations on the Power of Siberia 2 gas pipeline to China."

Why doesn’t anyone care about Arab-on-Palestinian violence? - "An inescapable truth is that the world only cares about a Palestinian death when an Israeli is responsible. The silence — in newspapers, on social media, around dinner tables and on city streets — is deafening when Arab-on-Palestinian or Palestinian-on-Palestinian violence occurs. It is so consistently ignored that one would think it hardly exists at all — yet its occurrence is both frequent and brutal. Four thousand Palestinians were killed during Syria’s long civil war, the vast majority of them civilians, according to the Action Group for Palestinians of Syria. Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s forces placed the largest Palestinian refugee camp in his country, Yarmouk, under siege for two years starting in 2012, before it fell to Islamic State militants. That’s two years without running water, electricity or food, which earned the camp the nickname “the worst place on earth.” Women died in childbirth and malnutrition ran rampant — it got so bad that the religious restriction on eating cats, dogs and donkeys was lifted. I’d wager a great deal that most Canadians protesting against Israel’s war with Hamas right now don’t even know that around half a million Palestinians live in Syria, according to the United Nations. (The number is lower than what it once was, since the Assad regime has driven many to flee). For surely, had they known that so many Palestinian lives were in grave danger, they would have posted across Facebook, Instagram and X (formerly known as Twitter) about the “genocide in Syria,” and the “ethnic cleansing” taking place... When Lebanon sought to uproot and destroy Palestinian Islamist extremists in 2007, much like Israel seeks to destroy Hamas today, the Lebanon army levelled Nahr al-Bared, a Palestinian refugee camp, after months of fighting. Up to 40,000 Palestinians were trapped in the camp with no water, electricity or new food shipments, with shelling displacing over 28,000 people... In Gaza itself, after Israel pulled out every last Jew in 2005, rival political factions Hamas and Fatah battled for control of the strip. More than 600 Palestinians were killed from January 2006 to May 2007 — at their own hands. Both before and after Hamas won the 2006 election, it went about trying to kill Fatah members. Hamas gunned their opponents down, blew up houses and even executed a cook, who worked for Palestinian Authority President Mahmood Abbas, by tying the man up and throwing him off an apartment building. During the aforementioned 2014 conflict, Hamas took advantage of the chaos to arrest and torture at least 23 Palestinians, some of them members of Fatah. Amnesty International reported that Hamas also tortured and then executed Atta Najjar, a former Palestinian Authority police officer with a mental disability. His brother retrieved his body from the morgue and detailed the torture Hamas inflicted. “His arms and legs were broken,” the brother recalled to Amnesty International. “His body was as if you’d put it in a bag and smashed it … His body was riddled with about 30 bullets. He had slaughter marks around his neck, marks of knives … And from behind the head — there was no brain. Empty.” As they do to Israelis, they do to their own people. And just this past September, weeks before the Oct. 7 attacks, 15 Palestinians died in a refugee camp in Lebanon, after Fatah members tried to root out militants suspected of killing an officer this summer. But barely a peep from the media — western editors are never really sure how to cover the messiness of Arab-on-Arab violence. News agencies have no budget for foreign bureaus like they used to. Journalists are scared of being called Islamophobic; they aren’t educated in all the different factions and they don’t stand to get the clicks that stories about Israel will attract. In contrast, all mainstream media has to do when Israel is involved is slide Israel, with its professional army and fancy weapons, into the Oppressor/Aggressor role, and the Palestinians, with their homemade rockets and suicide vests, right into the Oppressed/Victim role. Click — it goes in so neatly, one scarcely needs to learn the details. But this well-told narrative flounders when the cast all speaks Arabic. Plus, journalists have access to Israel. They can fly in, speak English, stay at a nice hotel and feel safe. That’s rarely the case in the Arab world during a conflict, so it’s usually only a handful of journalists from wire services covering it, plus Al Jazeera... any condemnation of other Arabs would distract from the real ambition at hand: criticizing Israel. For even to whisper that Israel may not be the only villain in the region, that even if all the Jews were pushed into the sea, as Hamas seeks, bloodshed would still reign, is practically sacrilegious. The rule in the neighbourhood is that Israel, and only Israel, must be at fault for Palestinian suffering, Palestinian displacement and Palestinian death. The fact is, these Arab states do what Israel often does — they try to root out Islamist terror cells in their midst to ensure the safety of their citizens and the security of their borders — but they do it with far more force and far less care for innocent lives. No one is watching them, and the few that do have a much lower standard for their behavior. The hypocrisy is undeniable. The hush that’s fallen around such bloodshed indicates one main thing: Palestinian lives only matter when Israel can be blamed."

‘Hitler had a valid argument against some Jews’: Repertoires for the denial of antisemitism in Facebook discussion of a survey of attitudes to Jews and Israel - "Existing research suggests that, in contemporary liberal democracies, complaints of racism are routinely rejected and prejudice may be both expressed and disavowed in the same breath. Surveys and historical research have established that – both in democratic states and in those of the Soviet Bloc (while it existed) – antisemitism has long been related to or expressed in the form of statements about Israel or ‘Zionist’, permitting anti-Jewish attitudes to circulate under cover of political critique. This article looks at how the findings of a survey of anti-Jewish and anti-Israeli attitudes were rejected by users of three Facebook pages associated with the British Left. Through thematic discourse analysis, three recurrent repertoires are identified: firstly, what David Hirsh calls the ‘Livingstone Formulation’ (i.e. the argument that complaints of antisemitism are made in bad faith to protect Israel and/or attack the Left), secondly, accusations of flawed methodology similar to those with which UK Labour Party supporters routinely dismiss the findings of unfavourable opinion polls, and thirdly, the argument that, because certain classically antisemitic beliefs pertain to a supposed Jewish or ‘Zionist’ elite and not to Jews in general, they are not antisemitic. In one case, the latter repertoire facilitates virtually unopposed apologism for Adolf Hitler. Contextual evidence suggests that the dominance of such repertoires within one very large UK Labour Party-aligned group may be the result of action on the part of certain ‘admins’ or moderators. It is argued that awareness of the repertoires used to express and defend antisemitic attitudes should inform the design of quantitative research into the latter, and be taken account of in the formulation of policy measures aiming to restrict or counter hate speech (in social media and elsewhere)."
