Springleaf Prata Place Ultimate Hawkerfest Prata Descriptions

I asked Springleaf Prata Place to describe each of their annual Ultimate Hawkerfest Pratas.

Here is what they told me:

"2012: Ultimate Murtabak (Infused with Tandori chicken portobello mushrooms & lots of mozzarella cheese)

2013: Murtaburger (The combination of Ramly burger and murtabak. Juicy lamb patties and lots of mozzarella cheese)

2014: Plaster Blaster (Our take on Eggs Benedict. Poached egg, sliced ham and hollandaise sauce)

2015: Umami-50 (Umami in Japanese means “pleasant savoury taste”. Chicken floss & luncheon meat, mayo, egg & mozzarella)

2016: Salted Egg Prawn Prata (What enfolds under this is prawns, eggs, mayonnaise and basil leaves that pair well with salted egg paste)

2017: Prata Alfredo (Prata x Alfredo. Rosemary chicken, alfredo sauce, mushrooms & mozzarella all stuffed into this ultimate prata)

2018: Lā Ayam Parotta (Lā Ayam Parotta means Pulled Chicken Prata🐓. Lā means "拉 (Pull)" in Mandarin, Ayam means "Chicken" in Bahasa Melayu and Parotta simply means "Prata" in Tamil.

2019: Magic Meatless Murtabak (Our Magic Meatless Murtabak is 100% vegan, with lentils, mushrooms, curry leaves, vegan mayo & korean sauce)"
