An email from an unnamed company

"Many thanks for your brilliant idea! I can see that you are a responsible customers. I will submit your idea to our product team so that you could enjoy this kind of feature in the near future. *** will have our product become more and more perfect since we have value clients just like you are! Really sorry for any inconvenience it brought!"

I'm not sure what is more painful - the bad English or the strange sentiment ("a responsible customers")
