Ever wondered what makes you and the people your age unique, not only as a generation, but as your generation in Singapore?

Naked Generations, experts on Generation Y (today's 16-30 year olds), in 2009 noted that this Generation Y group of employees and consumers was fast becoming a global interest for employers and marketers – and no research had been done by anyone else into Generation Y on a global scale: How can an Indian Generation Y be the same as a European Generation Y, or a Brazilian from the same age group? What happens when they work together with other generations in a team, or when we communicate with them as consumers? They have all had very different cultural and socio- economic environments in which they have been shaped.

Will you help us find out:
* How do I communicate with this generation most effectively?
* What is Generation Y's belief structure built on?
* How will Generation Y shape business in the future?
* What can employers offer Generation Y?

The Naked Generations ‘GloballY’ research project will provide answers to these ‘need to know’ questions – plus a host of others! It will compile a global picture of what makes Generation Y, specifically 'Generation Y' in 10 regions around the world, including India, China, Malaysia, Japan, Brazil, USA, UK, Europe, Middle East and Russia, and figure out what makes you special and how businesses can help you succeed.
